Stayed at this Apartment over the August weekend Thursday - Monday. Perfect location. Literally everything on your doorstep. Check in was easy, everything in the Apartment was explained to us on arrival. The Apartment was spotless, lovely and bright. Would definitely stay here again. If you're staying here would highly recommend "Mick & Jimmy's" for breakfast, also "Boka"
Wonderful house in a great location about about 5 miles from Kenmare. The house is very spacious and clean with spectacular views. The owner was very helpful and friendly The condition of the sofa in the sitting room is poor and some windows ( sitting room and master bedroom) have problems with condensation inbetween the double glazing which means a loss of the beautiful view. An extra large towel per person would be very welcome because the house has two bubble baths. Overall a great holiday home !
There was a problem with the hot water heater and the owner was very diligent in getting it corrected. We were given compensation for the time we were without hot water without having to request it. We felt the owner really stepped up and owned the problem and got it fixed as soon as the exact cause was determined. The property was within easy walking distance to pubs, shops and restaurants. We were very satisfied with our stay.
Generally good - 8/10 . Like a home from home. However , I am deducting a few points on account of the poor living room furniture . The couches could do with an upgrade !
Plenty of space, very comfortable house. Easy walk into Kenmare, quiet location. Drive to park car in, and additional parking spaces.
Totally enjoyed our stay in Kenmare. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had all mod cons and excellent Wi-Fi. The town of Kenmare is brilliant fun. All the pubs did great food and had live music every night. The hotel down the road from the house (Brook Line Hotel) had a super restaurant for more formal dining. We will definitely be coming back !! The Ardmullen house was very spacious and all the essentials were provided. A beautiful house within walking distance of the town of Kenmare.
