Set in 25 acres in South East Cornwall, Kernock Cottages has five luxury 5* Gold cottages sleeping 2, 4, 6 and 8. Peaceful and tranquil, but only 6 miles from Plymouth, 9 miles from the beach and 15 miles from both Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor. Dogs and children very welcome.
I have to say that we had such a lovely time at Kernock Cottages. Our family thoroughly enjoyed, from the youngest aged 2 years to the oldest being 82.
Beth has done an amazing job with the Cottages and how they are set up for individual let's. We all felt a warm welcome and some of the additional little touches made such as bacon, sausages, eggs, butter and bread for our first breakfast, the doggy packs and especially the baby welcome pack. My brother was blow away with that. Aidah's first bath time at Kernock was truly luxurious! Aidah is my youngest niece.

Owl barn is a special place to stay and to completely relax. Really well equipped and an excellent place to unwind. It has amazing views (especially from the hot tub!). We always receive a warm welcome from Beth and always available for any help. The welcome pack for us and the doggies are just a lovely touch. Plenty to do with the dogs close by, our favourite beach to walk and play on is Whitsand Bay, completely unspoilt and peaceful. Kernock cottages are also a great base to explore, only an hour away from Dartmoor National Park and the east coast of Cornwall. This was our second visit to ...more

The garden is beautiful with amazing views of the valley and surrounding countryside. The kitchen is very well equipped with good appliances and the BBQ is great! Our Westie loved exploring the Central Bark dog walk, both day and night. The hot tube was excellent, immaculately clean! I would recommend Kernock Cottages to anyone thinking of visiting Cornwall.
