Harebell House is a pretty, new-build sandstone cottage in the beautiful village of Ellingham. Sleeping 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, the property perfectly combines modern fixtures and facilities with country-cottage surroundings. The cottage has a lounge and separate dining kitchen, family bathroom, en-suite shower room, handy utility room, and benefits from a large lawned, sun-trap garden to the rear. We have had a very relaxing holiday here in Harebell House.
The house is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and extremely comfortable.
We really appreciated the welcome hamper and complementary toiletries.

Owners have decorated house as a modern home from home. and it had everything a family needs.

Harebell House is an attractive house in a small modern development in the hamlet of Ellingham.
Everything in the home was beautifully presented and we felt like we were staying in a family's personal home rather than a holiday cottage.
Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. Definitely recommended.

Upon arrival, we immediately saw how clean and tidy the property was. Harebell House has everything a family one ever need and just as important, everything worked. For those seeking peace and quiet, the location is ideal. The local pub, the Packhorse Inn does excellent food and drinks, is very friendly and only a short stroll away.
The well stocked welcome hamper and text message from the property owner was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. Without doubt, we would return to Harebell House for another very enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic week stay at Harebell House which is well located for the beautiful Northumberland coast and beaches and for visiting the surrounding towns and attractions. The house was a lovely comfortable modern house with period features set in a very quiet village and was very well equiped for cooking and dining in. The garden was fully enclosed and a decent size for our dog to run about safely with a nice outdoor seating area. We were very fortunate with the weather with some really hot sunny days. Only down side was local pub was closed for most of the week for filming which was disappointing but no great problem, although we did manage a meal there which was excellent. This was a very last minute booking and Croquet Cottages were great at arranging things last minute and we were impressed by their diligence and set up. We will certainly return

We stayed at Harebell House for a week as a group of 4 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely stay and can't fault the property at all. Everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. There was a beautiful welcome basket with everything we needed to get us started - our children particularly loved the Easter eggs! The house was spacious and the garden was great for kicking a football around. The village was lovely and we appreciated having just a short walk to the local pub. A very quiet, peaceful stay.

We had a really great holiday at Harebell House, the house was really fresh and clean, there was plenty of crockery and kitchen equipment. The close was really quiet, we could not have wished for anything better would definately like to return

Also the service from Coquet Cottages was excellent from the booking to the details received and a final phone call to check all was well

We enjoyed a fabulous stay at Harebell House, nice quiet location, comfortable & well equipped house with luxury touches. Surrounding area beautiful. Beadnell Bay, Craster, Bamburgh & Alnwick our favourites. Pack Horse Inn served lovely food. This was our first time in a Coquet Cottage and we will definitely book again as the standard and quality is excellent. Thankyou for a wonderful week.

Had a great time at Harebell House luxury in every room you will need to drive from the house but the nearest beach is only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again lovely quite location in a very modern house with all we needed for a great family holiday.

We loved staying at harebell house! It has everything there and more! Such a well equipped house for 3 generations and it was great having the stairgate for the dog. The house is in a lovely village that had a music festival when we there. It’s a very friendly and welcoming place in a beautiful part of the country and we feel very lucky to have found it!
