We spent 1 week at villa Kathleen with the family the villa was very nice but far from luxury as described. The villa has potential but decor was tired and in need of update in several rooms. The pool area is a bit grim, needs plants, flowers and nice lighting to give it some ambience as it lacks a view. There is no outside dining facilities which you would expect in such a large villa.
The roof terrace has so much potential having a gorgeous view, however there is no furniture up there, very un-inviting!!
Also just some words of advice, if your family are young and want to have some fun at night, maybe consider going else where. We had a 16th birthday one night during our stay so had a singalong and a bit of dancing by the pool. We received a complaint from a resident & booking.com the following day, this put a bit of a dampener on the rest of our holiday and we felt we needed to tip toe around the villa and after the complaint we spent a lot of time outside the villa we had children with us and was constantly telling them to be quiet. Did not help having two cameras pointing directly over the pool area , which was a bit creepy and intrusive !!

Lovely villa, very well kitted out, large comfortable areas for large family groups.
Air con throughout and heated pool for evening swims!

Family of 13 stayed here and it was brilliant. Huge villa with lots of space inside and outside, loads of seating areas and furniture to choose from. Swimming pool is large with plenty of room for us all. Lovely spacious rooms with air conditioning and artificial grass adds a modern feel around the pool and terrace. Pool table & tennis table were an added bonus and provided us extra entertainment! Highly recommend anyone looking for a huge, modern & spacious villa.
