Very large, modern and quiet apartment, built with quality materials and close to various shops.
Situated along the shore, swimming is possible next to the apartment, but better beaches are just 200m from there.
Limited activities in the vicinity.

Awesome accommodation however we were told our unit would be cleaned daily which we paid for but this did not happen. Our cleaner was off sick and therefore our unit was not cleaned for the remainder of our stay . I recommend you get a substitute in place for the future.

Please also let guests know that their transfer is indeed part of the accommodation cost. ~Clyde Kaber booked and paid for his own transfer which was an additional cost for them.

Beautiful apartment well equipped with everything you would need. Third bedroom is not suitable for adults very small with very little storage. Ok for children. Location perfect just a short stroll from restaurants shops etc. Pool area lovely exactly as seen in photos. There was only 3 sun beds for each apartment so when there is full capacity of 12 people it is difficult. Only 2 umbrellas that don’t work. There is only one set of steps into the pool and one pool shower all positioned at one side so it is not easy to access them without interfering with the neighbours. As this property is one of the more expensive properties to rent I would expect more beds and umbrellas. One set of keys is not enough when you have people doing different things. There should be a key pad at the gate to gain access. Apartment was cleaned a few times in our 11 night stay and bed linen was not changed in this time.
Overall it was a great place to stay, very clean and comfortable, and a great location. It had great air conditioning! WiFi good in the apartment or on the terrace but not good at the pool area.

We found a great place for our vacation / perfect apartment for 4 adults and two children (seven moths and three years). The service of the cleaning personnel, security and staff was perfect until the day our power/electricity issue occurred. This was on Monday into the second week and the problem was not being solved until the end of our stay - so for a entire week. Coming home in the afternoon or evening every day we didn’t have power. The lights in the master bedroom, the living room and kitchen didn’t work. Nor did the fans work. Same problem every day. Neither the electrician nor Ben or any of the handymen could fix the problem. On our second last day even the fridge didn’t work anymore. It had to be placed on a different power box - in the middle of the living room… That was really annoying, especially with two small children and no lights in the bathroom or bedroom at night and no fans with more than 25 degrees during the dass. We were offered to move into the other apartment on our last day. That didn’t make anymore sense for us . For one night only. So this really sadened our otherwise very good experience at Olana Beach. Please have a good look at the electricity in Apartment B - For noone else should stay there until the problem is fixed. Sadly we wer not offered any other compensation (other than the move on the last day) or any refund of any kind, which really disappointed me. I will check mark YES on the recommendation part below, I do however hope you fix the electricity issue soon and for good.

Perfect location in Black River, Incredible View all day long, the fact that there is a pool and a beach in the property was an amazing experience. It felt so private, safe and secluded although the location wasn't really secluded. Lots of shops and cafes and other facilities at walking distance. The hosts Sean and Ben were of such great assistance and high level of hospitality.
The only thing we didn't like because it wasn't clear in the photos of the property, was the 3rd room with twin beds, it's a tiny room, suitable only for 1 or 2 single people. We expected all rooms to be similar in size. But that still didn't really matter compared to other amazing things about this place, we would definitely go there again.

Can not fault this stunning apartment spacious, clean well equipped. Location on the beach front is amazing in a quiet residential area.
Pool area and apartment are of a excellent standard. Lovely shopping area with restaurants within 5 minute walk and a 10/20 minute walk along the beach are 2 lovely hotels offering drinks and food to non residents. Car is a good idea so you can explore this beautiful island there are many stunning beaches, waterfalls and natural beauty spots to visit. Would highly recommend a boat trip Dolphins snorkelling over the reef and a visit to the gorgeous uninhabited Island where the boat crew will treat you to a bbq on the beach, fantastic day out.
Sean and Ben could not have been more helpful giving us plenty of information to help us have the most magnificent holiday.
Definitely recommend this beautiful apartment, hope to visit again soon.

The apartment is newly refurbished and very clean. It's modern and spacious with a nice pool. The photos do the property justice. It's in a central location and close to shops and restaurants but it's next to a vacant building site and on a very poorly maintained road.

We were disappointed by the lack of privacy as we had property owners and workers in and out the property with no notice. The apartment could also do with some basic kitchen amenities like coffee and tea, and updated linen and towels.

- pool was a bit dirty with fallen leaves and wasn’t easy to clean ourselves
- approach road to villa is not easy to find and not the most easily drivable
- neighborhood stray dogs
- half constructed villa next door
- I wouldn’t recommend the boat trip arranged by property managers for the snorkeling and dolphin watch- the skipper was half interested, not communicative, and overall felt too expensive! Best to drive down to blue bay marine park for the best snorkeling at literally 1/10th of the price!
-home cooked meal at 3500 rs is extremely overpriced, you can get 2 great meals with alcohol at restaurants outside.
