Sandpipers is an exceptional holiday home finished to the very highest standard. This impressive property sleeps 14 in 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms (restricted to a maximum of 8 adults). The property is laid out over 4 floors with a games room in the basement, private landscaped gardens and its own swimming pool, hot tub and separate pool house. West Wittering beach is just a couple of minutes walk away.

A beautiful house that is perfect for all age groups.

We loved our stay at Sandpipers and it was so comfortable that everyone had a good time. The beach is a short walk but the pool was so warm and inviting that we spent most of our time in the garden and enjoying all that the house has to offer.

Our families spent a wonderful week at Sandpipers on the south coast in August. The pool, trampoline and huge garden kept the children occupied together with the beach which is only two minutes walk away and the 'hot tub' in the garden was a great favourite with the adults. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated on four levels with masses of room for everyone and we felt very 'at home' here. The children aged between 11 - 5 loved sleeping together in the six bedded bespoke ' bunk room' and also enjoyed movies in the evening in the cinema room. The house has all the amenities you could want in a holiday home and more. East Wittering is only a short drive away and has 'village' shops, mini - supermarkets, cafes and ' seaside' shops with car parking off the main street. We would all love to stay here again

A great house for all the family with so much to do on site. Very comfortable bedrooms and all the beds, linen etc of very high quality. The door keys take a bit of getting used to but overall a very easy and relaxing stay!

Our family spent a wonderful and most enjoyable 2 week stay at the immaculate Sandpipers. It is a lovely family home and the kids thoroughly enjoyed playing in the spacious garden and swimming in the pool, and the location is great - just a short walk to West Wittering beach.
The BBQ facilities could be improved to make it easier to cater for a larger group and also the ipad system that controls the TV etc sometimes had some technical issues. But other than that everything was plain sailing.
Amanda was fantastic - very helpful and always quick to respond to any questions we had.
We hope to go back next year.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandpipers and would thoroughly recommend the house. We were a group of four families, with several young children aged from 2 to 8 years. The house is very close to the beach (around a minutes walk) and a short drive from East Wittering, which has some sweet boutiques and a few restaurants. The house is huge, and there is masses of room for everyone. Our children especially loved the 'bunk room' which had several bespoke high sleeper beds, and if every bed was filled, could sleep at least 8 children. In addition, the first floor bedrooms also had a mezzanine level with an additional two double beds. There is so much room! All of the furniture and furnishings are high end, and the whole place is decorated in a very cool and understated way. The pictures on the website are impressive, but the house is even nicer in the flesh. The top master bedroom is simply beautiful and would make most boutique hotel bedrooms look distinctly shabby.

Outside space is good, our children spent lots of time racing round the deck which surrounds the whole house. The pool was lovely and warm, and the grass is perfect for a game of football with the kids.

Wellies and Windbreaks were very professional, friendly and responsive. No problems encountered whatsoever and deposit was returned very promptly. Would be very happy to recommend both the house and the company and we are already planning a return to Sandpipers, or one of the other Wellies and Windbreaks properties very soon.

Stayed in Sandpipers June 2017, what a wonderful house! It has every amenity you could ask for and more, all the bedrooms were beautifully designed and very comfortable. We were very lucky with the weather and spend most of our time in the garden, pool or on the beach. The owner popped in whist we were there and he was the nicest chap, answered a couple of questions we had and made us feel very welcome, we also had a couple of issues and Amanda at Wellies & Windbreaks was ever so helpful and easy to contact. All in all we wished we had booked for 2 weeks instead of 1 as we didn't want to leave, and would love to stay again one day.
