This is our third visit to Rainbow cottage & we also stayed in The Farmhouse this June as well! All the cottages are so well equipped, in excellent condition and so homely! You have everything you would need provided and Vicky and her team are always on hand if there is anything you require or even advice! The views are stunning and our Labrador loves the woodland walks and especially the new agility field Lol!
This has become our second home and is our getaway for chilling and relaxing...We have already booked for next year and cant wait to return !!

We loved our stay at Old Lanwarnick cottages. It’s a great location for exploring the area and towns like Fowey and Looe. The dog friendliness is amazing from the enclosed dog fields and showers to the greeting our pooches got from Vicky the owner. We were left alone all week but knew how to get in touch should we need. Cottages really comfortable and the other guests we spoke with all loved theirs too!
We had a lovely family holiday at Old Lanwarnick! We stayed as a big group of 18 so we had The Old Farmhouse, Hob Nob & Blackberry Barn and it was lovely. All of my family commented on how great the properties were and they could see how much hard work had been put into making them so lovely. Everything was very clean, the facilities were great and the grounds are also lovely.
We would highly recommend the properties to anyone looking to stay in the area and some of my family already want to book to come back!
Blackberry Barn such a well equipped cottage. The Owners tell me that they have just purchased a log fire to replace the existing gas fire in the living room. That will be great to sit around with my dog when I come next time
I observed that Old Lanwarnick Cottages on a clear night is great to see the 'Sky at Night' as there are no street lights and only a few low to zero density lights.
After a few stressful weeks we booked to stay at Honey Pot Cottage which also coincided with a visit to see a life-long friend for her birthday. On arrival the cottage was perfectly presented, clean, tidy and very welcoming. The welcome hamper was as described including a home made cake and freshly laid eggs. We met both the property owners on arrival who were welcoming and offered very helpful advice. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights stay and made use of the onsite hot tub and the cosy log burner in the cottage. We took a walk around the farm and the view from the top field across the valle...more
We stayed in November for a winter holiday and we felt so cosy in this accommodation.
We had a lovely welcome from Vicky and nothing was too much trouble.
The eco friendly touches were great to see. The dogs were well catered for inside and out.
The bed was sooo comfy. Everwhere was immaculately clean. The accommodation was extremely well equipped. I personally loved the jacuzzi bath and my husband loved the hot tub. I can't speak highly enough of our experience here. Be in no doubt, you will enjoy a stay here!
