This ground floor 1 bedroom apartment with private decked garden area is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with drinks or a BBQ.

The apartments are beautifully modern with contemporary furnishings and a light, neutral decor.

The apartment has a modern living/dining kitchen space, a family bathroom with a bath and a shower, and beautifully decorated bedroom.

The living room has a double sofa bed to accomodate extra guests.

It has views towards the City Walls and our leafy courtyard.

The apartment comes with fast wireless broadband which is free of charge for all our guests.

Ideally located just outside the Monkgate City Walls and a short walk from the magnificent Minster and a 5 minute walk to coney street the main shopping strip in York.

This really is a superb holiday property offering guests a terrific location from which to explore York, and to be away from the hubbub at night

I stayed for 8 dys in this appt .
Everything is good about it .Just that they don’t provide enough of soap or dish washing liquid or sometimes the sponge is missing ,
I think these are necessities in apartment n they should be kept according to the number of days customer stays as we book atleast 15 dys before.
Are we supposed to get these before arriving in apartment?

A great stay, the little courtyard was lovely and very private, with it been so central the privacy was a lovely was to swicth off, we really loved our stay here, the apartment had everything we needed to cook a nice meal and sit in the courtyard, the beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment is very well presented. The check in process waqs very convenient and straight forward.

Minsters Reach are great apartments only a very short walk into the city centre via Monk Bar. Public car park very close by so parking is easy . Beds really comfy and the property was really clean. Thanks for a great stay

We spotted these apartments during a previous visit to York and made a note then that if we came back they would definitely be where we wanted to stay. The location is perfect, right next to Monk Bar and no more than a 10 minute walk from the centre of the city. There's a large long stay car park right on the doorstep, you really couldn't ask for more.

The booking experience was ideal, comms were really good and the ladies at the booking agency couldn't have been more helpful. The only slightly negative comment we would make is that the apartment we were in (number 1) was advertised as being for a maximum of 4 people. There is only one bedroom, a second bed is available on the bed settee in the living room. If you were to use that then the whole thing would feel pretty cramped as it's a bit on the small side. However, as there were only two of us this wasn't a problem and for us the size felt ideal.

If we decide to go back to York again, we would definitely stay here again - we wouldn't even bother to look at alternative options. That really should tell you everything you need to know.

I was in York for just over a week for a research trip and stayed in Flat 1 at Minster's Reach. I had not anticipated the lovely hidden garden in which the flats are situated. It was just such a calming pleasure to come back at night to such a lovely setting. The flat itself was charming and comfortable: well appointed with all new fixtures. And I appreciated the little patio on the warmer days. The apartments are very conveniently located. I walked most everywhere. Just perfect. One recommendation for your otherwise well-put-together information book: the procedure to lock the door behind you (or inside at night) -- where the door handle is raised all the way up, allowing one to turn the key and lock the door -- was new to me. Perhaps that's because I'm an American and it could be a more common way to lock a door for UK/Continental guests. The person who answered my somewhat frantic telephone call was very patient and talked me through it. But, it would be handy for folks like me to have instructions in your book. That was the first place I went in search of an answer. Otherwise -- my stay could not have been better. I will definitely recommend Minster's Reach.

This apartment was everything we had hoped it would be. Really nice inside, the kitchen had everything we needed, they even provided towels and a hairdryer which was a pleasant surprise to us! This was used for a family visit and it was great, however I have contacted York Boutique Lets as we noticed there are another 3 apartments in the same little area and they would be a perfect fit for my friends hen do next year. The company has been extremely helpful, every encounter has been a pleasure and I cannot wait to return with the girls!!!

Excellent location in York. Nicely decorated. When we emailed about a few pieces of cutlery and utensils that were missing, a housekeeper came round to replace them within 30 minutes. VERY responsive, which is a big help. Thanks for making our stay so much more enjoyable.

Minster Reach is an accurate name. The stunning York Minster is a short stroll away - it took me longer to walk around the Minster's perimeter than get there. The flat is exactly as the photos show; it was immaculately clean, the bed linen was crisp and luxurious, as were the towels (luxurious, not crisp). The wonderfully secluded walled patio area is a lovely place to have breakfast. However, there are some great cafes & delis nearby such as Wheldrake's 4 minutes' walk away, so why would you? It is just away enough from the heart of York to be quiet, but everything is a short walk away. The letting agent managing the property is very proactive. Being a twit I tried the wrong key box (the one for the cleaner's store to the right of the front door). They were very quick & kind to point out I was trying the wrong one (the right one is just to the let of the front door & at dusk it looked like a light sensor; well, at least that's my excuse).

This was a lovely apartment, ideal for a couple nights away. Really roomy & comfortable. The location was absolutely ideal- a short walk to all the attractions of York. I would love to stay again

Excellent location with a car park behind. Nicely furnished with comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean and a lovely smell around the apartment. Even have tea, coffee, and milk. We will book next year again for when the races are on.

I shall definitely keep this short and sweet, we decided to go back up to our favourite place in the UK and we always use York boutiquelets, this time they didn’t disappoint (as usual) with minsters reach apartment.

It is deceptively big on the inside and is within walking distance of the wall and centre, even factoring in the cost of the car park you have to use, it is definitely worth it. It’s a quiet area and really quite a lovely stay.

A+ will use again!

Lovely interior and very clean and well kept .
Fantastic communication with agent who helped plan restaurants and activities.

We stayed in all 4 of the apartments for a weekend hen do. It was a perfect location for walking in to York. The apartments were all beautifully decorated and fully equipped for our needs. An excellent entry system made us feel extremely safe. A great time was had by all.

After the fiasco of 2020. York boutiques where easy to contact and change our booking on several occasions. Very comfortable and really well located accommodation. I would consider staying there again future. Loved the look of the outside space.
