Located just a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of York or a 3 minute taxi ride, this property is in the perfect spot.
This stunning contemporary house offers 5 spacious bedrooms , 7 modern bath rooms and various entertaining rooms.
The house has a fabulous games room with a bar, pool table, Large tv with karaoke and a wine fridge.
This property boasts a beautifully modern open plan kitchen /entertaining area with a gorgeously grand dining area, seating 20 guests. This room really is the centre piece of the house, making it the ideal space for socializing and entertainment. You will also find a large comfortable sofa and a large flat smart TV.
This incredible house provides a fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave, dishwasher and free Wi-Fi throughout. There is also hairdryers and ironing facilities provided throughout your stay, allowing you to pack a little lighter for your big weekend in York.
Every bedroom has a ensuite so you will not be short of areas for getting ready for your night in or out!

Amazing house perfect for my 21st birthday. Location was so close to the city, walked in 20 mins which was perfect. Well worth the money paid for a group celebration, such a beautiful property and would recommend to anyone.

We booked this for our family to finally get together for Christmas, it definatley has the wow factor,

The top floor is simply stunning, the karoke machine was a big hit with the kids, they loved the quirky tree up there too!

I didnt see much of my husband though as he was enoying the pool room on the lower floor, typical :)

Had a great stay and everyone who was in the group liked the place immensely. Loads of space across 4 floors, the main hub is at the top of the house, with a huge tv and plenty of social space. Good pool table on ground floor and plenty of showers bed etc

Absolutely perfect stay for my best friend’s Hen Do weekend - there were plenty of beds for our group and the interior was lovely! Literally a 15 min walk from all the restaurants and bars we had booked which was perfect. Host was responsive and helpful - would definitely recommend!

If I could review this place Higher I would, all of my family had a gathering here and it was just perfect, such a large house with plenty of space, the Kitchen had everything we needed for a big spread, including trays and platter plates! There was plenty of glasses and mugs for tea on a morning and a toast of champaigne in the evening!! The hosts were amazing and helped with anything we asked in terms of parking suggestions as we had more than 3 cars and suggestions for food.

A great house for a big group of people. There was plenty of space at all times and the house is very well maintained. The only thing missing is wardrobes - there wasn't a single one in the whole house. But we were very comfortable living in the house all week, and would definitely stay again if in York.

16 people comfortably enjoyed our stay. Pool table was a dream and rooms were very comfortable. Top floor great for partying. Great position for food and pubs and close to York city centre.It was my sons stag weekend and he and his friends had a great time. House was lovely and everyone enjoyed the pool and facilities.

Great house, very clean and ensuite with every bedroom. Communication with the host was fantastic, they responded across Saturday and Sunday with various questions on facilities and water/ heating.
Very expensive but great for a hen do / special birthday. Only problem is the distance from the centre of York, but it was only a 5 minute taxi drive.

We had such a great stay, the games room was so cool! the top floor was perfect for a big group meal and drinks to celebrate, the bedrooms were very spacious which we didn't expect for a house that sleeps so many, the fact that every bedroom had its own ensuite with showers was perfect for getting ready, It was was equiped with everything you could need, Fab place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

If you are wanting great pictures this is the place to stay, we got some amazing pictures from the BLOSSOM TREE on the top floor, and the neon lights and the GAMES ROOM, this place does not dissapoint!! we had so much fun, the karoke machine was a huuuge hit with us girls, thank you York Boutique Lets for a great stay, you made my hen night one to remember and we have some truley amazing pictures to remember this.

We booked this for my sister in Laws hen party and were amazed it is a stunning property and every bedroom has its own en-suite which was amazing when getting ready!! The house has lots of instagram-able places for pictures! We got so many great pictures by the blossom tree! We had no issues at all during our stay and the house was sparkling clean and very looked after! The games room was a hit too!
Honest so glad we found this place <3

The house was lovely and spacious, the kitchen/diner was a gorgeous room for hosting an evening, we weren’t aware that the games room was on the first floor and kitchen on the 3rd so that was a bit of a shame but it didn’t ruin our stay. All the rooms were lovely and comfortable, but it would have been good to have some handing space in the ground floor bedrooms. The house is a short walk into the city centre or a short taxi ride which were easy to order! We had a great stay - thank you x

This house really does has the WOW factor,. The wine fridges, pool table and large communal space was great for our group.The property is beautiful! the social rooms are stunning! some of the bedrooms are amazing while others are much simpler. The location was brilliant!
