Heading into the apartment you will instantly notice the quirky layout of the apartment. Opening the apartment door, you will find a cosy separate dining area with a large window looking onto the street. A dining table to seat up to 4 guests, perfect for eating any type of meal, whether it be a takeaway ordered from one of York’s variety of take out restaurants or a home cooked meal.
The living room offers a welcoming space with 2 extremely comfortable sofas and a large flat screen Tv perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city.
The kitchen comes equipped with all the appliances and utensils you could need to make a simple meal, including a cooker, microwave, electric kettle etc.
There is a also a washer/dryer kept in the utility cupboard for your use.
