While being located just outside the city centre it is only a 10 minute walk in York and all of York’s world famous attractions are within easy walking distance.
Heading into the apartment, You'll also immediately notice that all the furnishings and appliances in the apartment are brand new and the highest quality. As you enter the apartment you will find the open plan kitchen/dining/living area. With patio doors leading onto the garden this room has a lovely bright and airy feel and is decorated beautifully throughout. With a comfortable corner sofa that can be turned into a sofa bed for extra sleeping space for 2 guests. There is also a large smart screen TV on the wall.
