The impressive house has 3 bedrooms,2 of the bedrooms has super king size beds and a single in which can be made as a super king or split into twin beds and the 3rd bedroom is a king size bed.
The property has a stylish bathroom including a luxurious sunken bath and walk in shower and the top floor bedroom has a en-suite shower room.

Nice place, good location with easy on street parking just over a mile from York centre which is accessible by bus.
Good condition with only one or two places which would benefit from touchingnup

We had a wonderful stay at York Boutique. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of 7. The on street parking for the house was easy and we appreciated being able to walk from the house to the city center within 20 minutes. Thank you for a great stay!

Really great property with everything a family would need for a very good stay. The showers were powerful and warm and the beds were very nice. Just outside the city centre. We would return again

A really great house. Everything is finished to a high standard, all very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers good. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets on arrival. The location is good - about a 20+ minute walk from the city centre, with a little Co-Op round the corner and a small Asda a bit further. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend for a weekend in York.

We booked this last minute and are so glad we got the chance to stay at this stunning property!! The house is very well furnished and spacious! The hosts were very accomodating in splitting the beds at such short notice! The bathroom is simply beautiful. so much sace for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice meal and the dining table comfortably seated us all, we were so pleased with thsi property! We have booked for the Summer because we can't wait to visit again.

Lovely house with beautiful furnishings, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses ect and a nice outdoor space. Quite a bit further out of York centre than we realised, but very quiet road with free parking which was great.

An outstanding property, the best Air B and B we have ever stayed at. We loved our stay and if felt like home from home. Spotlessly clean and the quality of the furniture, furnishings, bed and bedding was top class. Very spacious and perfect for groups and families. Easy walking distance into the city centre. Would 100% recommend and would definitely book again.

Stayed here as a group of 5 friends meeting up for a city break. Location was great for us as just a short walk into the centre & no issues with parking in the road either. Meant we could leave the car for the whole time we were staying. House was very comfortable, clean & spacious. We’re looking to book again for next year!

Ideal house for our stay. Very spacious, nice garden area, helpful welcome book, free WIFI (which was needed with two teenagers) Plenty of parking on the street, comfy beds, cant really pick anything negative with this house or our stay in general. Recommend this property and the management company highly.

Our group of 6 friends arrived for a weekend stay for a friend’s birthday. The house exceeded our expectations and better in ‘real life’ than the photos. We came by train and it was close enough to the town centre that we walked there (30 minutes). We felt safe there. It is set in a lovely residential area with a small park nearby and a CO op 3 minutes walk away! We couldn’t have picked a better location
The house is set on 3 floors with an extra small en-suite on the top floor . It was modern, spacious and clean but also comfortable.
The bedrooms felt spacious even with a double and single bed in two of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were immaculate. The bathroom even had underfloor heating.
There was a welcome pack that had everything you needed to know about the property with some helpful suggestions for restaurants, takeaways, cabs etc. A minor issue in one of the rooms was responded to very quickly (even on a Sunday)
The process from booking to arrival was smooth and straightforward and any queries were dealt with promptly.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here for a stay in York

Had everything we needed and great quiet area . Nice walk into york centre with shops on your door step to get supplies.
Free on street parking outside was handy and very polite and helpful staff .

Loved our stay here! The bathroom is beautiful and the underfloor heating is an added bonus in the winter! Our second stay at this property and can't fault it! The dining room table is a perfect addittion for family meals!!

I would recommend staying here. We had a few issues with cleanliness and checking in/out, however the team were very helpful and did apologise for any inconvenience. The house itself is lovely, in a good area and is good value for money. Overall a great stay.
