A beautiful period property situated on this very sought after pedestrianised terrace, 4 Barnoon Terrace offers spectacular views of St Ives harbour and beyond with the additional benefit of outside space, including a decked area for al fresco dining and a further sub tropical garden below.

Sleeping 6 and within a 5 minute walk to Porthmeor Beach, Fore Street and the newly refurbished Tate Gallery, 4 Barnoon Terrace is the perfect base to explore St Ives with friends or family.

The first floor offers a king master bedroom boasting fabulous views, a twin bedroom and further double bedroom along with the family bathroom. There is a further shower room off the kitchen diner.

Allocated parking space included within a one minute walk of the property.

Wonderful little house and the pictures just dont do the views justice!!
Fantastic location and the private parking was much easier to negotiate than some previous reviews have mentioned and weve got a fairly substantial 4x4. The private garden and seating outside was lovely even in January. The finish in the house is to an exceptional standard, well equipped kitchen, nice seating areas and the views from the master bedroom must be among the best in St Ives. Moments from the beach, harbour and shopping areas but still really quiet in a lovely residential area. Lovely and clean and nice, personal touches throughout. We will be booking again next year without a doubt.
Cherished are by far the best holiday company we have used anywhere

Lovely house with a great view.
We spent a lot of time just sat out the front reading and looking at the view with a cup of tea or glass of wine.
Very handy having a parking space at your disposal so you’re not afraid to venture out.

We loved staying here due to its proximity to most of the St Ives beaches but also the town centre. The views from the property were outstanding and the property itself is modern, well-kept and has a great layout.

Really lovely location with superb almost 360 degree views from front of house. Parking spot close by was a bonus. We have a large car which would’ve been very tricky to get in the space if someone else was parked next to us. Luckily the space was empty. The terrace and front garden located across the path were both handy. The terrace got the sun first thing and the garden in the evening. Overall we found the space within the house a little too small for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The upstairs is very small and sharing one bathroom wasn’t ideal. The downstairs shower room wasn’t really practical to use as again very small plus just off the kitchen. The corridors/ hall are tiny and the floorboards super creaky so the first person up each morning woke everyone else.
The storage/ clothes hanging space within the bedrooms was good and the house decor was bright and nice. Beds were comfy. Overall the house is cute and cosy in a really good location with great views but just not spacious enough for us.

A wonderful house well equipped immaculate throughout. Very comfy and spacious with incredible views. Wonderful gardens on two levels.

Good house in a great location. The parking is v tight, especially if you have a car parked next to you as we did, plus on a hill, with a wall behind and to the side and lots of pedestrians walking by!
But apart from that it was a really good experience

What an amazing place to be great views great location. Love St Ives best location we have stayed in St Ives. The two gardens was a treat. As we had a SUV was concerned about the parking space but did not need to worry as plenty of space to park. If a family are staying not much wardrobe space. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious cottage with amazing views and excellent, central location.

The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the coffee machine and milk frother a welcome addition.

The beds were very comfortable and the showers excellent too. The living room was very spacious and comfortable.

Great view of the harbour and coastline. The house has a good sized living room. The kitchen is well equipped with a tiled floor. Ideal if you have a dog. We had a great relaxing stay. And will return again soon.

We had the most wonderful stay at 4 Barnoon Terrace and the entire experience booking with Cherished Cottages was great.

We received awesome customer service throughout the booking process and our stay and would 100% book with Cherished Cottages again.

The house was in the most perfect location for us - everything we could possibly want seemed to be less than a 10 minute walk away! 4 Barnoon Terrace was lovely and clean and had all the things you could need to have a great family holiday.

Our little dog Pablo loved the little gated secure garden across the path from the front of the house and my husband was very pleased with the parking space that comes with staying at 4 Barnoon, as parking spaces are few and far between in St Ives!

Would highly recommend.

4 Barnoon Terrace is a spacious and comfortable, very well equipped family holiday home in a perfect location and with the most incredible views of St Ives bay. It has a great combination of period features and contemporary furnishings, with all you need for a family self catering holiday with children and/or pets! We stayed here for Christmas ( whilst other family members were 2 doors up in 'Panorama') and had a wonderful time - the kitchen is vey well equipped with a range cooker, dishwasher and washer dryer. The rear access with an outdoor shower in a small enclosed yard is a very practical bonus. The front terrace with has the most wonderful views and although this part of the frontage is not fully enclosed, the garden on the other side of the pedestrian pathway is - and so is very safe for small children. I can imagine that in the spring and summer, this beautiful garden really comes into its own. The house interior is definitely more spacious than the photos suggest..
It is the first time we have booked through Cherished Cottages and they are the best rental company we have ever used. Professional, prompt to deal with queries and very thorough in every respect. Website descriptions and information provided were completely accurate.
A real added bonus with 4 Barnoon is that it has its own parking space. I feel it's worth mentioning that we have a Peugeot 2008, and the parking was a bit tight but manageable - if you have a larger vehicle you may need to use the adjacent Barnoon Car Park.
It really is only 5-10 minutes walk to any of the beaches, shops, harbour and restaurants and I would not hesitate to book this or any of the properties offered by Cherish Cottages again

Perfect house for our stay. Clean as a whistle, all the utensils etc. you could possibly need, comfortable, great central location and exquisite views! Only bits I would advise a future holiday-goer about are that it's easier to load/unload from the little lane at the back as there's a little walk from the parking space if you have heavy items or taking lots of stuff. Also for smaller tots, there's two steps down directly outside bunk bed room so may not be suitable for toddlers who have a habit of getting up at night. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

The location, the views and having parking are the wins here. The kitchen is really well equipped and the property is maintained to a high standard. Fab shower. Worth being aware that the beds are one double, two singles and bunk beds if more than one couple wish to stay.

We stayed here a couple of years ago and when decided to visit St Ives again we just wanted to stay here again. It has a very homely feel to it. Fantastic view and being up the hill you feel like you escape the hustle and bustle of town.

Beautiful property with wonderful views of the harbour and in a perfect setting. We loved St Ives and Barnoon Terrace is a great location if visiting St Ives. Having a parking space included is a definite bonus as parking is not always easy to find in St Ives.

A beautiful house with fantastic views. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise and the house was warm and cosy on arrival. The only negative was there is only 1 small wardrobe within the house so we had to live out of a suitcase for the week. My Son who is 12 refused to sleep in the small bunk bed room because it felt creepy and was decorated pink. I ended up sleeping in that room and it wasn’t great. There is a real fussiness to it. My advice would be decorate the bunk bed room in neutral/seaside theme and provide a wardrobe for the main room.

This was our second stay at Barnoon terrace, the house is so central to everything with wonderful views from the lounge, main bedroom and bathroom. We cannot fault a thing, beds and sofas are so comfy which for us is really important . It is literally 2 mins down a flight of stairs and you are in the centre of town, having a car parking space is a huge bonus, the front balcony is lovely to sit with a drink and enjoy the views and the gated garden being another bonus if you have a dog. Stunning quiet location we will be returning.

This is a great house. Great quality throughout and a perfect location - a short walk to beaches and restaurants but off the main drag, peaceful and with a perfect view of the harbour and the coast.

We stayed in this wonderful holiday home for 4 nights and absolutely loved it, the views are stunning and although you feel like your away from the town it’s only a 3 min walk down some steps and you are in the heart of the high street. Waking up to the sun rise each morning was fabulous, the house has everything you need and is clean and comfortable, we loved the little tropical garden and was very useful as we had a dog. It’s in a very safe place so if you have dogs or children it’s away from the road.
I can not recommend this beautiful house more .
