Seascape is a stunning renovated in 2022 Victorian house affording the most spectacular views over St Ives and far out across the Atlantic Ocean to Godrevy Lighthouse and beyond. In a great location, with direct steps down to Fore Street's bustling shops and a moment's walk from the harbour, beaches and fabulous restaurants. Seascape offers exceptionally spacious accommodation, sleeping up to six guests. There is the added benefits of alfresco dining, a sub-tropical garden.

Beautiful property, very well maintained and in an exceptional location within the town.

Seascape is a beautiful and very well maintained property with perfect views across St. Ives and the bay. Shops, the Tate Gallery, St, Ives Island, Porthmeor beach and other amenities are all easily accessible on foot, although some of the paths around town can be steep and pose a problem for the disabled.
I would not recommend driving to Seascape in a large vehicle as the streets in the town are very narrow, especially the access road to the parking space for the property.

Hi Neil, thank you for your feedback! The roads are narrow and parking can be tight on Barnoon Terrace, this adds to the St Ives experience! We hope to see you again soon, Tim.

This house is a dream. A perfect week from start to finish. The house so stylishly furnished and has anything you need to feel at home. The garden is so beautiful and the court yard perfect for storing boards. The views of the harbour are the best I have ever experienced in St Ives.
The beds are comfortable and the house was spotless. The parking space so close is a real bonus. I loved every second and could move in tomorrow. I would love to stay again but sadly we need a pet friendly home next year.
Truly the best house I’ve ever stayed in and I have been staying in st Ives for over 10 years.
Thank you.

Seascape is a wonderful property in the perfect location overlooking the sea, it is very close to the town centre but is still very quiet and has really good outside space.

We recently stayed at Seascape for the second time, and it certainly won't be the last. Located on Barnoon Terrace, it is the ideal location for accessing all that St. Ives has to offer within a matter of minutes.
We have two boys aged 14 and 8 (as at August 2022), who love to bodyboard, and it takes us literally 5 minutes to get to Porthmeor Beach, which is incredible. Similarly, it takes just a few minutes down some steps and you are in the centre of Fore Street. We wouldn't actually want to visit St. Ives and stay anywhere else.

As for the property itself, the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The cupboards are stacked with numerous glasses, mugs, cutlery and crockery - and there wasn't one thing we found ourselves without.

Having been renovated since the last time we visited, I left this time with major kitchen envy!

The highlight of the house for us, is simple sitting in the living room or main bedroom window with a glass of wine in hand and enjoying the most amazing views that St. Ives has to offer.

Thanks again for another great stay.

We finally enjoyed our stay at Seascape after various attempts through the pandemic! Firstly a huge thank you to the team at Cherished Cottages for excellent customer service throughout!

Seascape is a lovely house, equipped with everything you need! It has unrivalled views of St Ives and beyond and is comfortable and welcoming. There was a lovely welcome gift of local produce which was enjoyed by all. The main top floor bedroom does have a narrow staircase to climb but it if you are able then it is definitely worth it. The 2 bedrooms we used were really comfortable (in fact we wanted to know where the beds came from as they are super comfortable!!). There are various ways you can walk to Fore Street, the Harbour and Beach all just mins away, yes it is a little tougher walking back but it is worth it!

Would definitely stay here again and may well do at some point in the future!

Fab house with just about everything you could need. Loved all the artwork. Amazing location with stunning views across St Ives. Great location for easy access to the beach for surfing. Needs somewhere better to store wetsuits/boards. Apart from that I can't fault it.

The stunning view of the pretty, busy little harbour has etched itself onto my retina! Never mind that this wonderful view was available from the front patio; the lounge and two bedrooms also had this superlative view so we gazed out from whichever window seat was available if the weather didn't support sitting outside.
Location, location, location! Porthmeor beach was less than ten minutes away for surfing, all the shops and restaurants in the main town were even closer and Porthminster beach, tucked away from the worst of the waves, was 15mins walk.
The property was very comfortable, had everything we needed and artfully decorated with what I, as an artistic philistine, can only describe as proper art, not a pile of cliched posters in frame.
Yes, you pay for the above, however if this was in Italy or Greece everyone would rave about the view, location, etc. If you can afford it, hugely recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week, waking up each morning with a panoramic view of the harbour. Seascape offers 5 star on every level. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bag of Cornish Fayre awaiting for us, which was enjoyed by all. The bedrooms are clean & bright with very comfortable beds and adequate storage for a week away at the seaside. The kitchen is modern and has a good range of utensils, pans, crockery and glasses. Dishwasher and washer/dryer in full use during our stay. Having 2 bathrooms meant no queues, mind you the younger of us enjoying a lie in every morning.
We were lucky with the weather being able to spend several days on Porthmeor beach, which is only a few minutes away down narrow alleyways ...getting back was a little harder, steep in places, but manageable with helping hands.
St Ives is always busy, everyone seemed to be enjoying the freedom to walk around. There are a few new restaurants, most you will need to book. We can recommend the Harbour Fish & Chip, enjoyed a takeaway for a certain Friday night football game. The Talay Thai Kitchen also excellent. All in all how can you not enjoy Seascape and St Ives.

On arrival the property was very clean and ready for occupation. The upper and lower gardens full of planting and giving spectacular views over St Ives. Our 2 grandchildren enjoyed them very much. We ate outside on the upper terrace every evening.

Hi John, thank you for your review! The gardens are lovely and very private at Seascape :-) And the G7 was indeed very exciting and made for a very different weeks stay! See you next year, Tim

This was our 3rd visit to Seascape, 3 generations all enjoying the lovely house, views and location. The house is beautifully furnished and equipped and works well for the different age groups as we can spread ourselves out rather than all being in one open plan space. Being so close to Porthmeor beach and the shops is a huge advantage, as is the fact we can park the cars and forget about them for a week. The small boys loved playing with the toys and our 12 year old granddaughter made good use of the kitchen as she loves baking. Seascape really does feel like home!

We loved our stay at Sea view, we only used two bedrooms, even though it was for eight people, ,my other daughter and son in-laws were not able to come on the holiday as there son is very ill.
