Kestrel is a fabulous four bedroom family home close to East Wittering beach and the village. It is the perfect place for relaxed and sociable holidays with a large kitchen, dining and living area with bi-fold sliding doors opening to the garden.

There is a bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite shower and three further bedrooms on the first floor with a family bathroom and one bedroom ensuite.

Kestrel is specifically designed with family holidays in mind and has many safety features and thoughtful home touches. The additional low level hand rail on the stairs, soft flooring in the play area in the garden, and the guard rails on the log burning stove all help bring peace of mind so families can relax in the elegant lounge area after a long day on the beach and exploring the shoreline.

A lovely house with a small garden including a children’s climbing frame and garden furniture with awning. The house is beautifully equipped with many toys and activities for children. It is a short walk to the beach, and an even shorter walk to the nearest Co-op shop. Parking on the driveway is possible for two cars, and street parking available too. We have thoroughly enjoyed our week’s holiday at Kestrel for the past three years.

Three generations got to enjoy this lovely house. The house is beautifully done with everything you could need and more for a family holiday. My granddaughter loved all the toys inside and out. Would not hesitate to recommend the house and really hope to be back again next year for our annual week in the Witterings

Stayed at Kestrel for a week and it was the best accommodation we ever stayed in. There is everything you need for a fantastic holiday, ( full size wine fridge ). The best thing is the pirate ship in the garden for the kids but they also have lots of games, puzzles etc. You can't get bored. The owner really thought of everything. The beach is less than 5 min away , shop is just around the corner so is the fish and chips and a Chinese . I'm definitely going back there, already enquiring for next year.

The whole home, starting form entrance os amazing! Everything in not only comfortable and usable, but also sooooo beautiful and stylish! Every single detail in that house is outstanding. Especially for kids! They have so many toys and plays for all ages of kids!

This is the house that has everything you could ever need for all ages. The children loved the pirate ship in garden and all the toys. Parents and Grandparents the design of the house and well equipped kitchen. The owners have thought of everything. 5 minutes walk to pebble beach or 5 minutes drive to fabulous sandy beach. This is a 10 out of 10 holiday home.

The house is absolutely amazing..it's so well equipped and had everything a family needed. My daughter loved the garden and toy cupboard. We had a great stay. It was very comfortable and spacious. It's right next to the beach only a 5 mins walk away. East Wittering was about 20 mins away.Would appreciate a blind on the master bedroom velux window, otherwise perfect house. Highly recommended.

We stayed here with our son and his family - the house was fabulous, so well equipped and comfortable, convenient for the beach but also for Chichester and nearby destinations. The grand-daughter loved the doll's house and garden 'pirate ship' with slide. We will definitely return if we can.

Does what is says on the tin.
Comfortable and spacious house, but not large.
5 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to village shops, coffee bars, dinning, pub.
Eatery and coffee bar 5 minutes on beach.
Nice part of the country and this end of the Witterings is much quieter, partly because it's a pebble beach with sand when the tide's out.

We had a wonderful stay here, the house is immaculate and has absolutely everything you can think of especially if you are a family with small children! The garden is lovely too.

The location to the beach is fantastic, about 5 mins walk.

We would highly recommend and will happily stay here again in the future.

Very impressed on arrival with the cleanliness and condition of the property. House well maintained and extremely child friendly. Great for a family holiday as we were grandparents sharing the property with family. My granddaughter loved all the facilities there for children and made very good use of them which in turn kept her entertained all week. Short walk to the beach. Did use the car to shop in the village but it is within walking distance but too far if you had heavy shopping. The house is a home from home right down to toilet seats fir the little ones a bed guard if required and booster seats for the dining table along with high chair. Had such a good time already booked fir next year
