We‘d be happy to book again next time in Shetland. Spacious rooms, large, comfy bed and plenty of storage space. Sunset views of the hills and a quiet road with plenty parking, plus an easy stroll down to the main streets for shops, including wool and knitting workshops, pubs, bars anf cafes along the old harbour.

A top floor apartment with a lot of light and some view over the town. The booking system is efficient as is the running of the apartment, servicing etc. The kitchen is adequate to prepare meals when self catering and the bedroom is a decent size. The shower room is light and airy and well appointed.

When a last-minute work trip was required at the height of the tourist season, I was very lucky to be able to book this apartment after they had a late cancellation. The property was spotlessly clean, in excellent condition and had everything I needed for my 3-night stay. I didnt spend much time in the place due to work so I didnt make use of all the facilities available, but 4 key things for me were (1) the bed was comfy, (2) the shower was great, (3) the kitchen was well-appointed (though it took me a few minutes to work out the oven controls) and (4) there was good on-street parking outside. The complimentary coffee and milk was a nice touch and, for me, it was nice to see recycling bins available too. All in all, I had a lovely stay there and hope to go back soon. I'd happily recommend this property to anyone.

When away from home all you can ask for is the feeling of staying somewhere where it feels like home and this accommodation does just that. It has everything you could ask for and more. We really loved staying in the West Voe apartment, it had an amazing view from the living area. The apartment is really cozy and quiet, it has lots of space and is very well kept. We spent our wedding night and the following two nights in this apartment. We arrived to a bottle of champagne and two roses. It was very romantic and was a beautiful finishing touch to our day! The apartment was modern and stylish in decor and had everything we would have needed. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely welcoming. Over the last 10 years I have probably stayed in all the hotels in and around Lerwick but got disillusioned with the qualty so tried some B&Bs but they were too personal for me.
This has been by far the best accommodation that I have stayed in Lerwick. So modern, clean, comfortable and fully equipped, I have loved staying here

We love staying here. It is a great location just off the park and steps from both the town centre and the Shetland Museum, plus easy access to the roads out of town for exploring. We came for Up Helly Aa, and enjoy having the space and the kitchen. Andrea is a great communicator when it comes to checking in prior to arrival. I also love not having to have keys around - the touch pad entry is fantastic.

My wife and I enjoyed 8 days in this lovely serviced apartment at Nortbode, "West Voe", in June 2019. The apartment is well appointed with everything you need, TV, washing machine, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room and separate double bedroom. The bathroom is excellent too. Linen is fresh and clean, and changed regularly. We met the owner, Dawn, and she is a lovely lady who works hard to make the apartments spotless. We thought we were in a brand new build, but in fact the build is two years old - but it is 5 star ++ in my rating, as self catering and serviced goes. Well done to Dawn! You attention to service and hospitality is first class and I would highly recommend this only serviced accommodation in Shetland.
