We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend time together as a large family group. The cottages were clean, well equipped and the setting was absolutely lovely. Everything worked smoothly from arrival to departure and the contactless check in was very easy. The customer service really stood out. Our stay was lovely from start to finish with clear email communication from the hosts throughout so we knew exactly what to expect upon our arrival. The accommodation itself was delightfully clean with all the resources we needed for our stay. The hot tub was perfect with its adjustable temperature and within a private area. We couldn’t have wished for anything more in our stay! Highly recommend.

Blossom cottage was a lovely big place to stay in it had everything that you needed it was very clean and it was lovely and warm and cosy we really enjoyed our stay here and everyone at villa farm are such nice people we have stayed with them before and will continue to stay with them definitely a 5 star complex thank you all at villa farm....
We booked this cottage last minute and wow — what a find! The location is excellent, with a bus stopping right outside, taking you straight into York city centre. Super convenient! Right next door is the Web Adventure Park, which was absolutely perfect for our 3 and 8-year-olds — hours of fun and just steps away! The cottage itself was warm, spacious, and beautifully laid out. The interior suited both kids perfectly, and the beds were super comfy — a great night's sleep all round. Only thing our 3-year-old missed was a bath… but she survived! The accommodation at Villa Farm offers excellent value for money… the cottage was beautifully presented and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay with the staff, once again, providing excellent customer service. Such a peaceful setting and yet easily accessible for York centre.

We stayed at Villa Farm – York Minster Lodge and had an excellent experience. The lodge is spacious and extremely well equipped, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location is beautiful and peaceful, set in lovely surroundings yet only a short distance from York city centre, which made it ideal for exploring. It’s wonderfully quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. The customer service was excellent, with quick replies to emails that made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience in a stunning setting.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming 1-bedroom cottage in York. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was a great bonus, and the cottage itself was surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it feel peaceful and private. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, with easy access to York and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Overall, a lovely place that was reasonably priced when considering the price of nearby hotels - we’d happily return next year
It is a fabulous place in an ideal location. Beds were comfy, kitchen was immaculate and the hot tub was brilliant. A great stay by all. My only gripe is that the Internet was poor so I couldn't watch the match.
