2 St Catherine’s Cottage is a delightful 3 bedroomed first floor apartment in a large stone villa that was built on the historical St Catherine’s Chapel site and comfortably sleeps 1-5 people. It is situated in a popular yet quiet area of Perth City Centre and is just a few minutes walk to all the city centre amenities including the train station and the bus depot. The rooms are well proportioned, bright, modern and comfortable. They are tastefully furnished and decorated ensuring the home from home comfort Clover Holidays pride themselves on. The apartment is double glazed and central heated ensuring warmth and comfort all winter, though remains cool in the sunny summer days.

We stayed at St Catherine’s Cottage whilst visiting Perth Races. The accommodation is very close to Perth city centre and next to a superstore, with good road links. It is very well maintained, spotlessly clean, and has everything you need. I would have given a five star rating, if it hadn’t been for the suite in the living room, which was in desperate need of new seat cushions. It was like sitting on a blocks wood!

We had a very enjoyable, trouble free stay at this property which was very clean , tidy and well finished. The secure off street parking was particularly welcome and the location was perfect. The owners were welcoming , nice people and our overall experience was excellent.
We have no hesitation in very highly recommending this holiday property .

What an amazing property - well designed and well laid out. High end decor and furnishings. Had everything you needed. Amazing location in Perth by a great area to explore. Spent lots of time in-house.

Really thoughtful welcome pack and really useful information left by the owners. the local quarry is definitely worth a visit as is beautiful hills, garden attractions, and gorgeous mountain ranges.We enjoyed some lovely walks while we were there. Would definitely like to return.

What a lovely comfortable and clean property. Very well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer and microwave.
Sitting room was spacious with an easy to work television.

So, this accommodation is on the edge of a shopping centre, next door to the petrol station of the local supermarket. That doesn't sound like an ideal location at first glance. However, it is wonderfully hidden away, perfectly secluded, quiet and you wouldn't know that you were so close to the supermarket that you can wheel the trolley almost to your front door and still be in the car park. In fact, as a place to stay whilst we met up with family, took trips into the highlands, dined in town and generally enjoyed both the city and its surrounds it was so much better than we expected.

The cottage is very clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The noise of the outside disappeared completely when the front door was shut. I fully intend re-booking whenever I need to visit my family. What a gem of a find.

The cottage was incredibly clean and comfortable. It was ideally situated for exploring both Perth and the surrounding area and was a secure location for parking the car. Having a Morrisons next door was very convenient, and it was in easy walking distance to a number of pubs and restaurants.
The kitchen was well equipped, but the fridge and freezer had not been switched on prior to our arrival and took a while to reach temperature. It would have been better to have been provided with 2 keys rather than 1. WiFi worked well.
Would stay again if in the area.

The flat is beautiful, spacious, well cared for, tastefully decorated and very clean. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed in the master bedroom is huge and so comfortable! It's in a fantastic location right in the centre of Perth, just a couple of minutes' walk to anywhere central, but you wouldn't even realise because it's so peaceful and tranquil. Having the (well-maintained) garden, with the table and chairs and a clothes line, really makes this place extra special. The owner was very communicative and kind, checking to see if we needed anything. We absolutely loved this place and would definitely recommend it. Thanks for everything, Norma!

Lovely clean and very well maintained premises. Very comfortable will all mod cons. Location is very quite yet only a few minutes walk from the city centre and a nice choice of bars and restaurants. Fantastic base location for exploring the many areas and beautiful walks in Perthshire. In the past have used hotel accommodation for visits but found using an apartment far more relaxed, spacious and practical. Would highly recommend Clover Cottage to others.

We stayed here with our two teenage daughters. The flat was immaculate and very well presented. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Everything we needed was on hand, the kitchen was well-equipped (including dishwasher) and the owner had even left a nice basket of fruit and some biscuits to welcome us. The flat was very quiet, we were not bothered by any noise. It's in a great location, just a short walk into town and with shops and a garage nearby and parking on site. Communication with the owner was great, she met us on arrival, showed us around the flat and was very friendly and helpful. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this flat for a comfortable stay in Perth.
