We have stayed at StMichaels on many occasions and hopefully will continue to do so in the future. A beautifull cottage in a lovely location with numerous places to visit nearbye.
This is the third time we have been to Grooms cottage. It is in an excellent location in a beautiful village. The cottage is comfortable and has everything that you need. Safe private parking is a bonus. I would recommend this cottage.
My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful holiday at Nellie's Barn. The property is outstanding! Pristine clean, amazing location, safe location, delicious welcome pack and Debbie the host was such a lovely lady. I cannot recommend Nellie's Barn highly enough and we will definitely be back.
We had a great stay at Alysas cottage and it was a perfect location for us, out in the countryside with a central location. The cottage was spacious and clean with all the equipment we needed. The hosts were brilliant and helped us with suggestions on where to eat out and were very friendly and welcoming.
Superb well equipped cottage in delightful village, with excellent local pub. Stairs to two of the bedrooms could be a challenge for small children or the elderly. The cottage is ideal for both Summer and winter visits....warm and cosy with beautiful outside space.
Little Shrublands was home from home. The property was beautifully furnished with all the fixtures and fittings to make your stay comfortable and relaxed. The location was perfect, with pubs, shop and lovely walks on your doorstep. Would definitely recommend & will return to visit the superb Cotswolds countryside and picturesque villages.
Riverside House is lovely and is in a great location. Peaceful and a great view of the River Avon. I was fascinated by the flags that are all around Bidford on Avon. I counted at least 28 and there were more. They represent the shops, the local football team, the Duck Race and many other things. We did a Treasure Trail around Alcester and Bidford on Avon. Great fun. You get to find out the history of the places. We hired a boat for a day from the boatyard next door and floated down to Evesham and back. Very relaxing. Apple Cottage is in a wonderful location and provided an excellent base for exploring the Cotswolds. The patio and garden are particularly attractive and were a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were a few areas where the cottage did not quite meet our expectations. We were disappointed that there was no welcome hamper on arrival, particularly after a long journey from California. I take great care to search and find the perfect cottage for us, when we travel to the UK. We always rent a car, but decided for this return trip to The Cotswolds , we would try without. I chose Fairfields based on its proximity to the train station and High Street, yet on a quiet street, its walks from the front door, and how comfy-cosy it looked. Also we love a nice outdoor space, It was prefect! Even the grocery store, a few minutes’ walk away, and next to the train station, couldn’t have been more convenient, ( let alone the bakeries around the corner) walking through a little park on ...more
See above. Would return to cottage. Some details need attention- broken fridge drawer, difficult back door lock, one or two curtain rings off the track but overall very reasonable condition which matched the description.
The cottage has everything you need, although I would not recommend it for anyone with mobility issues as the stairs are very narrow and steep.
Great house , perfec holiday. Area in the Cotswold are wonderful for a unbelieveble holidays. will come back,
On the whole we enjoyed the location and the cottage. However several small details let the cottage down. Kitchen equipment needed a revision and updating (things like oven glove not there) and oven needed cleaning. Frying pans past their best. However the location was very peaceful and the cottage comfortable but for the price paid some updating needs to be done.
We had a wonderful stay in this delightful cottage. Communication with owner was great and everything was as described. Would definitely return!
We had a great time staying at Corner Cottage. It has absolutely everything you could need so you don’t need to take any extras, and is beautifully set out. Location wise it is perfect as you are not too far away from tourist attractions, pretty villages & small towns, and it’s very peaceful.
