Enoch's Cottage is a charming Cotswold stone holiday home just a short stroll from the market square in the desirable town of Stow-on-the-Wold. This is a truly welcoming home away from home, oozing style and character, perfect for an idyllic countryside retreat.

Loved this cottage. Beautiful decor, quality fittings, furniture and kitchen equipment. It was super clean, and just a joy to live in a couple of days.
Really cosy in the winter, the garden which we didn’t really use given the time of year would be beautiful in the spring/summer. The cottage is so quiet, however it is really well placed for Stow centre, with all its lovely shops and eateries.
Have recommended to friends and when in the Cotswolds again would stay here. Will definitely use Stay Cotswold again as well, as they have great properties and are good to deal with, a seamless service.

The access to the cottage was shocking, a red neighbours car blocking the steps, got soaking wet from the trees bushes whilst sliding down the side of his car, the accessibility issue to the steps needs resolving, the neighbour obviously is aware that people need to walk down the steps

Thank you Jayne for your review of Enoch's Cottage. We are sorry to hear that someone at the neighbouring holiday cottage had parked tightly to the hedge in their allocated parking space. We do ask that guests staying at the property next-door park considerately as people have to access the steps off the driveway. A contact telephone number and email address are provided in the welcome email in case you encounter any issues and if the property manager had been notified about this then they may have been able to resolve this for you. We do hope that overall, you enjoyed your time exploring the Cotswolds!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful, warm and comfortable. It had everything you could want in a holiday home and more. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful 4 week stay at Enoch’s cottage. It was spotlessly clean, well located, has a beautiful garden, the kitchen had everything we needed for our long stay, and Sarah was a wonderful host. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We stayed in Enoch Cottage for 5 days and enjoyed every minute. The cottage has everything you could want. It has a lovely back garden that feels very private and is fenced. I would love for my house to be decorated like this cottage! The location is perfect with a very short walk to the main street and easy driving to other villages. Definitely would stay again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in the Cotswolds as this was our first time here we loved our stay at Enochs Cottage. Well equipped with very comfortable beds with quality bed linen. The location is perfect to discover the Cotswolds. We enjoyed the beautiful garden as the weather was perfect.

Thank you Sarah for all the little extras, such as hairdryer and dressing gowns etc. We will definitely recommend.

Really nothing more to say. Everything was excellent. You really feel welcomed in this very nice cottage fully equipped. May be too little space around beds ? But that's the charm about old cottages, I suppose ! We had a Wonderfull time. It's the perfect central place to discover Cotswolds. Thank you Sarah(s).

We had a lovely stay at Enochs Cottage, Stow on the Wold. Brilliant location, quiet area but a 2 minute walk from the High Street. They thought of everything! Dog treats, dog towel, hair dryer, dressing gowns and the rest. We will definitely be recommended Enochs Cottage to all our friends and family. Thank you for a lovely stay.

My husband, adult daughter and I were lucky enough to spend 3 nights at Enoch’s Cottage in July. It was perfect for us and just as pictured. The host was very responsive and helped solve an entry problem very quickly. The back garden is beautiful. Cottage is beautifully decorated and supplied. We could not have asked for anything better. We could live there! Enjoyed day trips to the surrounding villages and Stow when we got back. Can’t recommend this cottage highly enough.

We had a great short stay at Enoch's Cottage, location is ideal, out the door & 2 mins walk to The Bell pub & then a couple more minutes & you're in the heart of Stowe & all the shops/pubs/cafes. The garden is such a lovely haven too, looking out of the bedroom windows you only see greenery, no houses/buildings in site.

Off street parking outside the cottage was so easy, it's very quiet no problem getting a space.

Every comfort has been considered & taken care of, I even cooked one night as the kitchen had everything & normally cooking on holiday is an absolute no from me (plus the British summer has yet to arrive & the cottage was so cosy we didn't want to venture out).

We would definitely stay again & recommend to others.

The property is quiet and located at the end of a row of similar but not identical houses. The fact it is tucked away means there is no footfall past the front door. The garden to the rear is pleasant with a patio area near to the house and seating further down as well. Details are taken care of too such as dog treats if you are visiting with your pet. Everything you would expect is there and it is convenient for the main shopping area. There is no dedicated parking, but we had no issue parking nearby. Just respect the neighbours. Would thoroughly recommend.
