Top cottage is a characterful holiday home located moments from the historic high street of Broadway, home to a variety of eateries and independent shops, as well as art galleries and museums. Enjoy cosy evenings in front of the wood burning stove or lunch in the beautifully established garden. This fabulous property is perfect for a relaxing break with loved ones.

A cute little cottage which is a great base, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. Plenty of lovely walks to enjoy on your doorstep. Only downside is the parking, although Sharon gave really clear directions to where we could park the car there were no spaces as there is currently lots of building work going on nearby and the workmen’s vans were taking up most of the lane. Thankfully after 5pm we managed to park once the workmen had finished to go home and they were not there over the weekend. It just made it difficult to drop our bags etc off.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day break in Top Cottage. It is in a brilliant location being just off the High Street with a great selection of Coffee shops and Restaurants close by.

There are plenty of walks from the cottage and the steam engines at Broadway station are a real treat to see.

The cottage is extremely comfortable. It is decorated and furnished to a very high standard just a real joy to be in.

Top Cottage is in a perfect location, first time we have stayed in a cottage where everything was within walking distance, and we really enjoyed this aspect. Sharon got in touch pre arrival with all the information we needed and was on hand to answer questions. The cottage was lovely and clean, and had all the Cotswold charm you would hope for. We were 4 adults and 2 dogs, and I would say it was a little cosy but that is cottage life! We would certainly look at coming back here.

Top Cottage is in the perfect quiet location just off the Broadway high street. The cottage was a little small for us (2 adults & 2 teenagers) so we ate out each day but it was a lovely base for a pre-Christmas break.

Great stay @top cottage 1st week of August,
Parking in the lane opposite worked out well overall for our week.
Really good location to Broadway high street & shops restaurants etc only 5mins stroll through side lane from cottage off the main road.
Convenient for all facilities day & evening.
Cottage had comfortable beds , good showers well equipped kitchen & cosy lounge diner.
Enclosed rear patio with table & chairs enjoyed private sunny aspect .
Great Comms from Sharon much appreciated, an additional touch of milk & bread on arrival would be appreciated for late arrivals as 1600hrs check in currently.
Overall highly recommended we look forward to staying here again

Fantastic weekend in Broadway and a lovely cottage. Location is perfect, right next to the high street. Parking available just outside the cottage. The cottage itself is cosy and plenty big enough. Very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!
