I have stayed at many rental properties worldwide, and the Elm Farm Annex is among the very best. The location was perfect for our desire to truly experience the English countryside. There is an easy walk to the village and a great local pub. The Annex itself is very spacious and provided a great place for our family of 4 to connect and spend time together. We especially appreciated the two full bathrooms and the living space with a wonderful wood burning stove. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable and we felt very welcome.

The Annexe was just what we were looking for as first time parents with a 6 month old on our first family trip!

The cottage had everything we could want and more. The log burner was certainly comforting on the rainy February evenings, and the Aga stove a perfect place to make treats on pancake day!

The entire place was clean, warm and inviting. Jo, the owner, left us a delish bottle of rose and was always prompt with replies to any questions we had.

As for the location, it was ideal for us to make trips into Oxford and explore the glorious cotswold villages. The local pub is only a short walk away and serves brilliant food too.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to our friends and family.
