Vine Cottage is a contemporary holiday home, ideally located in a mews off Chipping Norton high street. With high quality finishings, elegant interiors and a beautiful private garden featuring a hot tub, this is a fantastic property to enjoy with family or friends.

Vine Cottage is tucked away in a complex array of houses but with its own garden and private parking. The property is excellently appointed with everything you could possible need for a stay and the food welcome pack a generous bonus. The accommodation is finished to a high specification and we loved the log burner and the hot tub. Essentially tucked away behind the Main Street in Chipping Norton - whilst not the picturesque town one finds in the Costswolds - there is a good array of pubs with food, takeaways, bakeries and supermarkets on your doorstep. It is worth noting the rule that dogs are not allowed upstairs so if your pets are used to having their beds parked close to you, this may not be the best choice. Other than that, Vine Cottage gets a definite thumbs and paws up from us and StayCotswolds would be our go-to company for future rentals.

Had a lovely few days away. Vine cottage is ideal, clean and well equipped. Secure garden for the dog. Lots of other nice villages to visit near by.

Lovely cottage location very close to town so everything walkable. Everything very clean and well looked after, the beds are extremely comfortable.

Beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed every minute. It was very cosy. We were lucky the weather was sunshine and blue sky for a few days. The bed was so comfortable, the house so warm and hospitable, but we were just a bit disappointed about the hot tub which needed to be updated - it was not powerful enough to massage. Thank you for letting us stay, we will come back again soon thank you.

We arrived during a cold spell of weather, -5 degrees, to open the door into a beautifully warm, clean, spacious and modern cottage with a log burner which we lit almost immediately. The cottage had all the essentials we could need and the icing on the cake was the hot tub, which we used. Getting out of it was the worst bit!!
We spent our (not enough) days driving around the local area and finding some lovely walks. Will definitely be back.

We love the house! From the hot tub, the lock hen eggs, to the wood burning coziness in the lounge, everything is great! We were welcomed pretty Xmas tree/lights. Lounge is big with the instruction book and electric car charging card in the table. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom downstairs was so spacious and bright. Most importantly, the bath tub was big and warm for my baby girl and me to enjoy the bath together. Upstairs bedrooms were quiet and comfy. Only drawback was the path to the cottage was sooooo dark we could fall!

What a super cottage. Very clean and equipped to a very high standard. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the hot tub. We also appreciated the welcome goodies. Very quiet despite being in the town. Would definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful cottage for the week. A true home from home with everything provided. The cottage was in a good location for day trips to surrounding places of interest and would highly recommend this and would return to stay again ourselves.

We stayed at Vine Cottage for the weekend and had the most wonderful time. The cottage was very well presented and comfortable and absolutely everything had been thought of. There was a welcome pack including bread, butter, milk and eggs, with a chilled bottle of wine too! This was alongside a laid fire in the log burner! The hot tub was a fantastic addition and the cottage itself was set back from the main road which was so peaceful. Equally the high street was only a few minutes walk away. Cannot fault anything with this place… we loved it and will definitely be returning! Thank you so much.

We very much enjoyed our time at vine cottage. The location is excellent and very quiet considering the proximity to the town. Very private also. There is an Indian restaurant very close by so the cooking smells sometimes were a little strong so we had to shut the doors but it's certainly not offensive and we would stay again.
We had an issue with the hot tub during our stay but property management were very quick in helping us get it sorted to use although not fixed as this would take a few days to source and we only had a few nights.

The house in Chipping Norton was absolutely beautiful, all our needs were catered for, the welcome basket was a lovely touch.Everything was spotless, clean and tidy, the decor was perfect, we could not have wished for a better home to stay in.
It was a perfect location for seeing the Cotswolds we would definitely stay again

The cottage was great. Hot tub a big plus and was ready on our arrival. Kitchen well equipped and modern. Big comfortable lounge for relaxing in. Right in the heart of chipping norton but away from the High Street so was very private and peaceful.

Vine Cottage is hidden away on a mews street just off the main road, which means great accessibility to the high-street and all the amenities around. It's the perfect size for couples, though i'd say a little bit small for a group of 4, particularly with just one parking space available.

It's well kept, clean, with some nice welcome amenities on arrival. The hot tub was a nice addition but too chlorinated to enjoy. We noticed the water from all the taps / showers etc had a strong chlorine smell to them which was strange.

Must be cautious of the low beams in the bedrooms and en-suite. Also the bedrooms do get very hot & the blind was broken in one of the bedrooms, so use of the fans was welcomed.

Vine Cottage was more than we could ever have expected. The cottage was clean throughout and looks to have been recently modernised. We only used the main bedroom, which was very comfortable and had a lovely little ensuite (although as a taller gent, I had to keep my wits about me with some of the original beams). There were some great little touches such as chargers provided in the bedrooms and a JBL speaker provided. The garden is nice and enclosed, perfect for our dog to be off-lead, and surprisingly secluded being only a couple of minutes walk from Chipping Norton's High Street.

Location wise, this cottage is a great base to explore the northern Cotswolds, and is in easy driving distance of many attractions (Diddly Squat, Cotswold Wildlife Park Bourton On-The-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold, The Slaughters and Broadway are all within 20 minutes drive). The only drawback was the cottage's parking space is quite narrow and against a wall, so wider cars/SUVs might struggle.

Overall, a great cottage, and we're looking to stay again!

Highly recommend this property. The cottage is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Amazing attention to detail with the complimentary soaps and shower gels. Also a supply of sweets and chocs in the kitchen was a very nice treat. The welcome pack was thoughtfully put together and well received. There was also a supply of dishwasher tablets and washing powder which is so often missing in holiday lets, along with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oils, it seemed like someone had gone to a lot of trouble to make sure nothing had been missed. The hot tub was the best part for us and we used it every day. The owners went out of their way to ensure it was maintained and even serviced it while we were there. I can't fault the property and would highly recommend a stay here. You could even manage without a car as it is right in the centre of Chipping Norton so you can walk everywhere. All in all 10 out of 10 :)

We enjoyed our stay at Vine cottage. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was provided including bread butter & wine. Easy to drive around the Cotswolds from here. Central location.

Fabulous cottage for a short break exploring the Cotswolds. Extremely will equipped and comfortable. Added bonus of a hot tub. Great welcome hamper, particularly loved the Daim bars. Well positioned for walking to pubs/restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
