Really nice and modern apartment, the view is great especially at night time, the room itself is really really nice, all in all highly recommend:)

Really nice location, cosy studio.
Cleanliness could be better, the towels did not smell fresh at all. The outside of the terrace was absolutely filthy, full of cigarrete butts. The chairs are not very comfy for meals, and it's really difficult to open/close the balcony door with the chunky chairs.
Fridge is VERY noisy at night, as the bathroom ventilation system.
No toiletries provided, which is stated. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a 7 night stay though...
Missing some basic things, like tea at least, deep plates, ice trays...
It's is a nice place don't get me wrong. But you can get a hotel room with sea views and the same price or less, with toiletries, breakfast, etc. So a little reconsidering is in place here.

Stayed in little lobster for 3 nights. June.
Good points..
Clean quiet communal areas
Easy check in check out
Amazing views from balcony.
Excellent location to seafront & shops
Bad points
Little Lobster is very small. More like a hotel room. Looked slightly bigger in photos.
Mattress too firm. Did not sleep.
Duvet too thick..asked cleaner for summer weight but none available.
Seagull poo all over balcony screen and door. Feel cleaner should remove.
Noisy fridge.
No communication from owner after holiday about issues encountered.
I would try staying again but in a larger accomodation where i can swap beds and where the fridge is not buzzing in same room.
I would recommend the property but not that room.

Very lovely studio,lovey and comfortable amazing views, only little thing wasant good found a couple of hairs in the drawer on bedside cabinet and one of the food bowls inthe cupboard,also unfortunately we had some people next door letting their door keep slaming and one morning they were checking out and started slamming the door at 6.30 and it woke me and my mum up,they are heavy doors, and you need to keep hold of the handle until there shut .Having said that it won't stop us staying again,people should be more considerate and think about other guests staying there.

Another wonderful holiday at Sunnybeach. We would not stay anywhere else. This time we stayed in Little Lobster. The studio is just right for 2 people and has everything you need including a fantastic view!

Room very small for the size of the furniture
Corners of the bed Sharp leaving me legs quite badly bruised by the end of our stay. Too much furniture for a tiny room.
Beautiful location., lovely and clean room
Sad to the fact our welcome , check in and stay was all over contact via emails. Not a very welcoming experience. We understand to the Covid situation this may have been the way Sunnybeach worked but to us it not very welcoming at all

We spent 2 nights in the Little Lobster room. Great location, clean and comfortable. Well-furnished and maintained modern interior. The check in procedure of receiving a code to open the key box was very convenient and allowed us to arrive whenever was good for us

We stayed at Sunnybeach in the Little Lobster studio which was absolutely fabulous. It was very clean and well kept. The bed was so comfortable, we didnt want to get up!!! The veiw was so lovely and it was a bonus to have an on-site parking space. The attention to detail was spot on, everything we needed was there for us. We would thoroughly recommend Sunnybeach. Thank you for the perfect little get-away. We will definitely be returning soon.

Very nice comfortable studio,fine for 2 people for a few nights,but I would have a bigger apartment if stayed any longer,as it was very small,but perfect location for everything,and lovely sea views.

Little lobster was lovely when we entered the room but then we
found the chairs had quite a few crumbs on them , it was clear that the chairs had not been cleaned or they was looked over, plus we had to clean the drinking glasses.
overall we had a good stay.

Just stayed in this completely refurbished property. We cannot fault anything. It’s all so carefully thought out and beautifully decorated. Yes our room was small, but not a problem at all, it was everything we needed. The view from the window is perfect and only 100yards to the beach. Due to Covid I went armed with all my cleaning products ready to clean before we stayed. They weren’t needed, all are provided and the place was spotless. Thank you Tina and Steve, I didn’t want to leave
