We had a briliant weekend thw caravan was great had every thing you need to enjoy your stay, location was great
Was a great stay, the wine and short bread welcome pack was a nice touch. Great location and the maintenance people for the hottub were very nice and polite.
Excellent location for getting out and about to all the fabulous beaches around. A real home from home. So comfortable and there truly is everything you could possibly need. Terrific hot tub that was enjoyed by all. Hosts were there to offer advice on places to visit and were extremely friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back!
Enjoyed a short break at Sunny Daze with family and our dog. What a spotless clean and cosy place. The lodge was equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and the welcome treats were amazing. Many thanks to the host for making us feel so welcome.
Lovely place to stay, they even decorated it with banners as we had just hot married and left us a bottle of fizz with a box of chocolates. The lodge was clean and spotless, all the dishes you needed. The park its self has a really nice bar and restaurant with a games room for the kids. The only thing missing on the park is a shop. Very close to Northumberland zoo.
Perfectly positioned lodge in a quiet cul de sac. Felt instantly relaxed and comfortable. We were blessed with unseasonably mild sunny weather and made full advantage of the surrounding woodland and lakedsde walks with our two Jack Russells. Private hot tub was beautifully lit. 2 little squirrells were regular visitors. Great breakfast at Bockenfield and Crazy Horse do a fab Sunday Lunch. I'm off to rebook now. Thank you.
Lovely lodge and fantastic customer service from Hemera holidays.. Great location for visiting local beauty spots..
We enjoyed a lovely week in the above accommodation. We had everything we needed and it was so comfortable. The only thing we felt needed to be brought to your attention is the main bathroom shower needed to be cleaner and the water container in the fridge had black mould which prevented us from using it. We filled plastic water bottles to obtain cold drinking water.
A fantastic break in a gorgeous lodge, great base to explore the beautiful coastline of Northumberland, there are numerous stunning beaches a short drive away. The lodge is fully equipped with everything you need, very spacious (there were only 2 of us and our dog). The hot tub is great set in a lovely outdoor space, the sunshine helped. The lodge is immaculate and for courier days there is Sky TV and a number of board games provided. The site is lovely and there are two bars on site as well as a children's play area. Highly recommend Serenity Lodge.
Lodge was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely book again. Park was nice and quiet, we really enjoyed the use of the hot tub.
This lodge was cosy and comfortable. There are a few things that needed attention during our stay. The freezer was completely iced over so we couldn't use it. The boiler didn't seem to work very well, the heating was either too hot and not going off on the thermostat or wouldn't come on. The reception for the TV was unreliable. The bedroom doors stuck slightly and so were loud when opening and shutting so, during the night we would all wake up if any of us got up. these are all minor but a little annoying after a couple of days. However the kitchen had plenty of crockery and cutlery. The hot...more
Another lovely stay at Suncatcher, on Percy Wood, everything there that you need, lovely !! Will be returning soon.
We had the most wonderful 5 days at little fawn and did not want to leave, everything and more we needed was provided for our stay, a lovely gestures with hot tub robes slippers and treat box provided. Perfect positioning on the park to walk to the crazy horse saloon bar and woodland walk, also very peaceful area of the park. If we visit the area again we will definitely book little fawn. Thankyou to Karen and Hemera Holidays for providing the loveliest of lodges.
We stayed at Whinfell for 3 nights and couldn't have been happier with the property. Excellent location, with the best view over the woodland and golf course. The hot tub to the side of the lodge is an added bonus. Inside the lodge was very homely, comfortable and clean. Can't wait to book again for later in the year.
Very quiet and peaceful place. Location was good and service was good too. First look around everything looked great but as the days were going by by day 3 I started to find small things around the lodge regarding cleanliness that was not impressed by and made the rest of the stay unpleasant. There was dog hair pretty much everywhere (sofas, carpet and washing machine were the worst). As I’m not a dog owner that was something not very pleasant for me and my family as an experience.
We would have scored Hadrians Lodge 10/10 if not for some really minor issues; lack of hanging space in both twin bedrooms for clothes, no full length mirror anywhere in the lodge, dining table needs attention (wobbly legs), extremely creaky floor, no shelves in shower cubicle for shampoo or shower gel etc., no hooks in bathroom for robes. These were really minor issues and wouldn’t prevent us from staying again. The lodge itself is beautiful, the large decked outdoor area with gate was perfect for our 2 year old grandson and our dog. We have stayed in so many lodges and this hot tub was t...more
Thanks again for such a great time away. The park seems to go from strength to strength every few months. Looking forward to visiting again at Christmas.
Amazing well equipped and comfortably furnished dog friendly cabin in spectacular setting. Quiet location with lots of wild life to see, wonderfully relaxing holiday we would highly recommend.
A very enjoyable holiday looking forward to next year it was so quiet the crazy horse does excellent meals nothing went wrong
We have just got back from our weekend stay at Sunflower retreat. When we arrived we were amazed at how tidy and well presented this caravan was. There was plenty of space for myself, my wife, our two year old son and the dog. The caravan had everything you could possibly need, nice American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer (which was ideal with a toddler) hob and built in oven and grill. Both the TV's had built in fire TV so you were able to log in to your fave apps like netflix, prime and Disney. There were also lovely touches like super soft throws by the sofas and the cute ornam...more
Lovely place decor is of excellent quality the design is amazing been a few times now and will be back again hot tub is amazing
First impressions of exterior very poor IE windows and decking dirty needed cleaning had to find and use a hand brush and pan. In comparison to the interior which was not cleaned to high standards oven, toilet etc. Sheets very clean but too small Otherwise excellent property and location just require a bit of tlc in cleaning department. Furniture decor spot on would definitely return if attention to detail addressed.
We had a great stay. Great locationon the park. Ive stayed in many lodges there and The Hamilton has a lovely spot with a big green out the back for dogs and kids. Comfy living room etc Will defo book again.
Nice location, very near A1, which we new but hidden by trees. Easy to get to lots of places. Maple Lodge was very nice, hadn't realised just how small the second bedroom was too small for 2 adults really. We'll equipped and hot tub was lovely.
Enjoyed our stay at Isla's Nook. Picked this lodge based on reviews, in particular the comfort of the bed, (I have back issues) however didn't find it overly comfortable. (Very soft) Lodge was well stock and had games to keep kids entertained. Some areas appeared to require more cleaning attention ie hot tub and dust in the bedroom. Overall, lovely location for walks and close to attractions in Morpeth area. Secure decked area for our dog to enjoy.
We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the Lodge. Clean and well presented. It was very comfortable and spacious and well equipped. The only things lacking were a clothes line/airer (found plenty of pegs but no line!) and a very essential item - a corkscrew!! Luckily I had an ex Boy Scout who could get into a bottle of vino without one! We will definitely be back in the future.
Lovely weekend Lodge was very nice and owner was very helpfull.Felmoor lovely site and near nice beaches.
The site and lodge was easy to find with the directions provided. The site itself is very big with limited amenities of a reception building, play area, hot food van and a small club accessed through the woods and across the golf course. The golf course looked pretty good and quiet but we didn't use it. Cedar Lodge: The outside appearance as you approach and park is quite bland and non appealing with brown cladding, old slabs and uncut grass. Inside the lodge is very spacious and open plan with large bedrooms and bathrooms. The facilities are all there although little things missing like ...more
Beautiful view of the lake , very peaceful location. Lodge was wonderful. The owner was very helpful and checked the hot tub daily . I would definitely stay again.
Second time booking through Hemera holidays and 2nd lodge we have stayed in. Lodge is beautiful and fully equipped with all kitchen needs. Beds comfy sofa nice to relax on an evening, internet works fab in lodge too. Hot tub was lovely and nice big table on decking and really private. We would defo return to this lodge and enjoyed our stay again. Fab spot close to pub and such a beautiful site. Things to make stay a little better… other lodge has board games and books for them raining days and this lodge doesn’t. Bathroom shower is powerful but the shower needs a little attentio...more
A very pleasant stay in tidy and comfortable accommodation set in a very quiet park excellently located for all our sightseeing. Surrounded by fabulous beaches with excellent road networks and local supermarkets
Lovely property! The hot tub is an ideal location sunken into the floor right opposite the patio doors, there is an open field right out the back with no other property’s (only property’s are each side and opposite the front) so if you have a dog there is an amazing field out the back for them to run. I would say there isn’t any apps on the tv- you have ITV/4/5 and BBC on demand, there is a dvd player but no dvds so you can bring your own to watch. The location was good- 2 mins from the on site bar and also 2 mins away from the bins which Is ideal. All in all a great stay and would stay again ...more
Mini break number 7 at Percy woods it never disappoints. The lodge is in a good location lovely views and overlooking the golf course, kitchen looks new and well equipped bedrooms are a good size my only nit picking complaint is the lounge furniture it’s had its day time to replace that said it’s only a base to explore from. Looking forward to our next visit soon at Percy woods enjoy.
Really enjoyed our stay at Griffin Lodge. The lodge was lovely and comfortable. I would suggest instructions for the hot tub to be left for guests, we did have some problems with the hot tub and it was out of action for one day. I would also suggest the outdoor cushions for the sofas to be kept in some sort of storage as the sofas located at the back were extremely dirty and soaking wet. There was no cover over the hot tub as per the photos so during bad weather would not be able to use. We did go to the pub on site which was lovely and had a very nice meal.
Didn't ruin our holiday but would not deal with Hemera holidays again, Real shame as the lodge was pleasant.
