This is a well presented large apartment.
Very clean.
Bedrooms are large and the queen size beds are brilliant. So comfortable.
Will look to use again next summer.
Just one thing.
The internet is provided by a mobile unit and the mobile data speeds on the prom are poor so the apartment’s internet is slow. This wouldn’t matter quite so much but for the tv being an internet only tv.
Could full broad band be added?

While the accommodation was clean, spacious and well presented, there were 2 big problems.
Firstly the whole apartment smelled damp and that smell never lifted the whole time we were there. There was a dehumidifier in the lounge which ran all week and made no difference. There were obvious issues on the walls in the hall and lounge, and the second bedroom felt damp all week. A member of our party has a lung condition and uses portable oxygen, however they needed to use more whilst in the apartment due to the damp atmosphere. I would definitely be concerned if I took children with asthma to stay there.
The second issue was the noise from the apartment above. We could hear every footstep which sounded like loud stamping. This was constant no matter what time of day and often started as early as 5am.
We chose a ground floor apartment as the other members of the party have mobility issues, which was great for the most part with the exception of taking rubbish out to the bins which were accessed via some very steep steps at the rear of the building.
This was such a well presented property and a great location but we would not book it again.

Lovely big rooms, the larger bedroom has a very comfortable bed.

Even in October the views were lovely with some spectacular waves!

The bathrooms did smell a bit ‘musty’, but spotlessly clean.

I will definitely return.

Well equipped, large flat which would suit a family group or friends. Super king beds are really comfy. Welcome pack or butter, cheese and milk was welcome.

Just returned from a great holiday and we all loved the apartment in a lovely position on the promenade with fantastic views across Peel Bay. We will definitely visit again soon. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.

Lovely apartment, clean and well presented. Comfy beds, plenty of room and great showers. Location was great, short walk to the prom/cafes/shops. The only downfall was the noise from upstairs; people walking around as it woke us up a lot and a few of the windows wouldn't open.

Good location, large, clean property that exceeded expectations. Would be worth having a few extra things to make the stay even better - hanging space in second bedroom, a couple of kitchen basics (salt, pepper, cooking oil), some games for the lounge on wet days and instructions to access BBC on tv (we found iPlayer but others might struggle). A hairdryer is often a standard item - but not here. Even a visitor’s book would allow guests to recommend places they loved. Worth including directions to the supermarkets - we hadn’t realised there was a really good one out of the town centre.

But we had a great time. Davisons ice cream, the Cod and Castle and The Creek hotel were super places. Castle and House of Mananan were well worth visiting.

The best by far of self catering apartments I have stayed in. Spotlessly clean, overlooking the beach, close to shops but very quiet. Great breakfast available a short walk away in the bowling club. Very close to the scrumptious Davisons ice-cream parlour also, which was an unexpected bonus.
