Sovereign House Apartment is a very well equipped place to stay.
Just above the harbour, its only mins away from the shops & restaurants in Torquay yet its in a very quiet location.
Everything we needed was provided, all we needed to add was the food we wanted to cook.
The allocated parking allows you to go out for day trips with out fear of not having a parking space when you come back, also no looking for money to pay for parking.
This is our 3rd stay at Sovereign House & have booked to stay again.
Keep up the good work Adam & Grant.

The Sovereign House Apartment is in a great location just above the harbour, its a very short walk & you are in the heart of Torquay.
The apartment is very well equipped, with plenty of room for 4 people, everything is high quality.
The allocated parking space is a big bonus being so close to town.
We like it & have booked to stay again.

This was our first stay at the Sovereign House Apartment after staying several times at another apartment.

Sovereign House is in a great central location for Torquay, the shopping area & restaurants are only mins away by foot.
The apartment was clean, tidy, well equipped, comfortable, the walk-in shower was a nice change to the usual shower over the bath. It was a bit odd going downstairs to the bathroom & bedrooms but we soon became accustomed to this.
We have booked to stay again later in 2022.

Lovely apartment in a very handy location. We could not fault anything other than having to locate by 10am which was a little early for us.

The apartment was just as pictured. Great quality and had everything we needed. Courtyard is not really sunny as basement level, but is a nice space to sit out. Adam was responsive with any requests, with no fuss. Very comfy beds!

We enjoyed a fun-packed few days in Torquay in this very stylish, spotlessly clean and perfectly located apartment in a beautiful building literally two minutes (walk) from the sea front. The apartment was very comfortable for our family of four; it is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, with lovely comfy sofas and extremely comfortable beds. The apartment was also totally peaceful despite its central location. There is a very pretty courtyard leading off one of the rooms where we were able to have a glass of wine at the end of the day. The host was charming and showed us around the apartment when we arrived, little extras like providing milk and a bottle of fizz were really thoughtful and made us feel very welcome. We loved Torquay and just hope we can book this apartment again next time we visit, as we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Lovely clean, spacious and bright apartment set in the grand Sovereign House overlooking Torquay harbour area. We (family of four - two adults, two teenage girls) stayed here on the first weekend out of lockdown, looking to explore the area and take in some sea air and the views. Everything in the apartment is modern, fresh and well thought through. Two bedrooms on the lower ground floor are a good size, beds very comfy, and one bedroom has access to a private patio with outside seating - great for a morning coffee. On the ground floor, there's a well-specced kitchen (with integrated washer/drier), dining area and a large sitting room with big flat screen and excellent wifi.
The location is brilliant - a short walk to everywhere, but set back on a very peaceful and quiet road. Designated private parking space right outside was an added bonus!
