A lovely apartment, Adam is an amazing host, would definitely recommend a stay. The apartment is a short taxi ride to the harbour, or a longer walk if you feel so inclined.

We really enjoyed our stay here, sadly just for one night, but the independence of having our little kitchen and our dog being so welcomed, it was perfect and hope to visit again one day. Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay in the Muntham. Apt 5 is on the first floor with huge windows overlooking the Garden. Nice to have the windows open and the sun streaming in.
The apartment is comfortable and everything in the kitchen and bathroom was spotlessly clean.
Just a short walk into Wellswood for Cafes and Restaurants and access to the coastal track is nearby.

A beautiful, stylish, well furnished apartment in a lovely building located in a quiet area of Torquay, but not too far from the Town and close to some lovely coves. The main room has an extremely comfortable bed and sitting area. The kitchen is equipped with good quality equipment and much more than we had hoped for. Although we seldom ate in the apartment, everything was there should you wish to. The standard of cleanliness and quality of furnishings was outstanding and we will have no hesitation in staying again, in fact the next time we visit the Torquay area we will definitely be looking to stay in this apartment.

We have stayed at the Muntham apartments sevral times and have never been dissapointed, the apartments are very clean
comfortable and very well equipped with attention to detail
comfortable beds and seating.
Thank you to the hosts who are so very nice Adam and Grant have succeded in creating a lovly relaxing place to stay we will definitely be booking again.

This is the most incredible place to stay. We were looking for a well appointed place to stay whilst we toured Devon and without a doubt we chose well. The suite was exactly as advertised, well appointed with high level furnishings and complete with welcome pack. The owners, Adam and Grant, were hospitable, friendly and welcoming, and were there to offer advice if needed - what a team!

We would highly recommend the Muntham Apartments to anyone, and we shall certainly be making a return visit.

If you are looking for peaceful stay in the most wonderful surroundings look no further. The Muntham apartments have become our go to accommodation having stayed there several times. Our last visit was 1st April with another planned for July.
We love its ideal location situated between Babbacombe and Torquay Harbour.
The apartments are decorated to the highest standard with every detail given a great deal of thought, resulting in the most relaxing enjoyable stay every time we visit.
We cannot wait to return!!!

The apartment exceeded our expectations. The decor was beautiful and it looked like a lot of thought had gone into it. The bed linen was good quality and the mattress, although a little softer than I prefer, was comfortable. The attention to detail was very good and the bathroom and kitchen were of a high standard. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to self cater. The only downsides (if you could call them that) was the parking was a little tight (there was plenty of parking available right outside the apartments though) and the location was a little on the hilly side if you had mobility issues. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and will definitely be returning ourselves.

We stayed at Muntham for a week and had no regrets in choosing this as our base to explore Torquay. The parking was easy and the house was superb - it was fully booked but we never heard any of the other guests because it’s so well arranged inside. The apartment was beautifully furnished with a comfortable bed and had a superb and well equipped kitchen. It was spotlessly clean and had lovely reed diffusers which meant it smelled gorgeous throughout the whole building. The complimentary hand and body washes / lotions were also quality products and added to the luxury of the apartment. All together a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend - well done to Adam on being the perfect host of a beautiful location.

Beautifully styled dog friendly apartment. Spotlessly clean and some lovely luxury touches. Bed was amazing and the high end appliances and furnishings made for an amazing stay. Hosts were very welcoming and we can't wait to return.

Fab place, lovely hosts be aware the apartments are on a steep hill but walkable distance to a lovely deli ( Mr and Mrs Jones ) and Torquay and Babbacome although there are regular buses.

I'll get the gripe out first. No real seating area to eat and water pressure low in shower. Gripes over, the menu good points. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you need including tea towels and scourers. Appliances easy use and modern.
Bathroom spacious. Bed very comfortable. We had a good view over the garden.

Location up a short steep hill from the neai eating area and bus stop. However buses frequent even every 30 mins in the evening.

10 minutes walk to Kents Cavern, one of the reasons for picking it.

Definitely worth a look at and ideal for a week's stay.

Really enjoyed our stay in the lovely apartment. Bedroom was quiet and dark with heavy lined curtains and the bed was so comfortable with quality bedding.
Kitchen was fully equipped and a lovely bathroom. Such a grand old house and In walking distance to restaurants and shops which all made for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed in apartment 5 clean and according to my wife the best bed we have ever slept in while on holiday. House not been spoilt during conversion. Impressive building with grand entrance and staircase. Twenty minutes downhill walk to Torquay harbour and 15 to Babbacombe seafront. Frequent bus service along Babbacombe Road in both directions Local shops etc 5 mins away. Cannot fault property or apartment.

We stayed here in August and had a lovely stay. The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with a really comfortable bed and lots of thoughtful touches. Our dog, Phoebe, was made very welcome and even had her own welcome basket with towels, throws etc and even a dog bowl to borrow. There was also a nice garden to take her into with lots of nice smells for her to enjoy. Torquay was about a fifteen minute walk away and Babbacombe Downs was also close by. There was lots of nice walking to be done with gorgeous scenery. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and plenty of takeaways if you would rather eat in, which we did sometimes, and if you fancy watching a film there are plenty of DVD’s to borrow. We were made to feel very welcome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Muntham Apartments. Thank you.

Excellent stay in an excellent location. Made to feel welcome. Room was very well equipment ,comfortable and very clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Locals very friendly and lots to do in the area. Would highly recommend.

This well presented apartment is situated in a quiet residential area not far from shops, pub and Torquay/Babbacombe amentities. Everything was of high quality and tastefully chosen from the upholstery of the 2 seater settee to the curtains with blackout linings and kitchen hob, sink, oven etc. Everything was spotless (including the cream carpet) and comfortable to use. There was a warm welcome depsite us arriving after 7pm and they provided a pint of milk for a welcome cup of tea/coffee. We will stay here again when we next visit Torquay.

This rather majestic manor house has a calm pastoral atmosphere. We enjoyed a comfortably composed almost silent holiday with strangely no sight or sound from the others also in their palatial apartments. Fine period style is in evidence with the high ceilings giving the reminder of a previous gracefulness with living. There is also a wonderful overall perfection, cleanliness, attention to detail covering all the key areas with nothing it seemed left to chance.
The grand bay window oversees beautiful giant tree branches with the sea hidden deep in the background.
