I honestly don't know where to start with this, I have absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay at all. From start to finish everything went so smoothly and Mary-Jo and the team couldn't do enough for us. We stayed from Friday to Monday and had our daughters Wedding on the Saturday. The team at Hawkswood made sure we had everything we needed and were on hand for any issues we might have had. My family and i had a wonderful stay at the Roundel. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. Mary-Jo and John were very helpful and if anything need attention they attended to it immediately. All the facilities were excellent with the hotel 5* touches.
