Where do I start! Honestly the most wonderful location we've ever stayed at. We've been lucky enough to enjoy a few homes over the years, but never managed to find "the one" that offers it all; but here we are. Little Patch has it all, from being set in a gorgeous tucked away location, with views over the hills, to a cosy little fireplace in a wonderfully decorated home. We stayed with my 3 year old and 5 year old and they absolutely loved it. I really can't say much more than: thank you for a fantastic stay. It was exactly what we needed to recharge and reconnect with our family.

We had a great winter weekend stay at Little Patch. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, in a nice location with views across the countryside set up on a hill. There are some great walks from the house, and while out in the countryside it is not too far from town, plus easy to reach various areas in the New Forest and the coast.

We had a fabulous time staying at little patch. It was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated . Everything worked really well and the location was excellent. I can’t recommend little patch highly enough .

our family loved everything about this wonderful property and its location - it had all we needed for a truly comfortable and relaxing break - certainly one of the best holidays we have had in the UK. The younger members in our group were a little disappointed that normal free view ( tv ) was not working properly but it did not affect our overall stay.

We stayed at Little Patch for my husband’s birthday, it was our first holiday since our daughter was born. The house is so beautiful. Love how well equipped the kitchen is and how cosy all the rooms are. The place was spotless. I’ve put a 4 for cleanliness as some of the furniture smelt a little but otherwise we couldn’t have asked for more. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and very generous. We would 100% stay at Little Patch again.

Little Patch is such a gorgeous property. Spotlessly clean, everything you could want for a perfect getaway. Cycling routes on the doorstep, walks & plenty of wildlife to watch.
Farm shop nearby & pubs which was a bonus.

The house was finished beautifully and the surroundings couldn't have been more idyllic.
The beds were comfy and they had all the little touches including great kids items e.g. High chair, Pottery kitchen items which were really appreciated.

This was the perfect place for a small family get together of 3 of us plus our dog. The location is stunning, right on the Avon Valley Path with amazing walks and views a few seconds away. The house is very cosy, comfortable and stylish with lovely touches and great technology -love the digital showers. We didn't use the annexe but it was very cool nonetheless. Friendly neighbours gave us some tips about walks and pubs. Thank you, we had a really special holiday.

This property was above and beyond our expectations. We had a really special long weekend for a birthday. We loved having breakfasts in the morning with the lovely views of the horses, and cosy afternoons in the lounge with the fire. Everything we needed, stunning decor and really comfy beds. The back of the garden leads straight onto the forest with great walks and arguably the better side of New Forest! Thank you for a magical stay!

Wonderful little house on the border of the forest. We stayed with two small children and had a great, quiet weekend getaway from London.

I rented Li ttle Patch for three days in order to celebrate my 85th birthday with my family from London and from Nashville, Tennessee. We had a delightful stay, Little Patch was stylish and comfortable, and well located in the beautiful New Forest. We recommend the Noisy Lobster restaurant in Mudeford for an excellent meal out in a pretty place by the sea.

We had an amazing time at Little Patch over Christmas. The house is immaculate and so cosy, and perfectly equipped for entertaining. A minor issue with the shower was dealt with promptly despite the bank holiday office closure. We would definitely love to return!

We had a lovely stay with 3 friends, working from there one day (good wifi), and exploring the next 2. We thought the welcome basket was a nice touch, really liked the decor, comfy beds and good amenities. Perfect for cooking, with condiments and spices available. Lovely snug in the lounge, and great to have the stove for colder nights. The only drawback was a strong smell when we arrived, which turned out to be the drain in the shower room. We ran hot water for 10 mins and the smell went so easily solved.

Beautifully decorated, cosy home set in the New Forest with lots of wonderful walks and cycle routes nearby. The kids loved all the wildlife on the doorstep (wild ponies, pigs, cows, deer, rabbits, donkeys to name but a few!) Great places to eat out within walking distance. The Old Beams Inn Sunday carvery and tasty treats from Hockeys Farm shop were a hit. Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Little Patch was the perfect find for our break away! The house was very clean and cosy and we felt right at home with our little welcome hamper. Our daughter loved running around (great that it is all set on one floor) and she loved watching the pigs outside when she had her breakfast! It’s set in a lovely location with beautiful walks accessible straight from the house, a local farm shop and good pubs. Would love to return!

Amazing bolthole, tucked away down an extremely quiet lane but with loads to see and do on the doorstep. Our favourite moments were the evening visits from the deer and wild ponies at the end of the garden whilst enjoying an evening drink and soaking up the view from the terrace. Very sad when we had to leave such a peaceful and beautiful spot. Let us know if you ever want to sell it - we would have happily stayed there forever!

Little Patch was everything and more, from inside style to everything you need and all the finishing touches, too being in the most peaceful, Idyllic surrounding such escapism from busy lives.
The ideal place to have time with my family and enjoy each other’s company with nature .

What a gorgeous place, really beautiful throughout, spotlessly clean and in a great location. Loved everything about it.

I came with my toddler twins and they had a jam packed week, they didn't want to give the house back!

I'm not really sure what a Hamlet is, but this feel like what I would expect that is. Great home, everything high end and comfy. Amazing location and I could not stop looking at the field across the way where we say all kinds of horse play, deer and my favorite a red fox. Tons of bunnies! and the walk to the miles and miles of game trails is just 5 minutes walk from the house. Very special!

Beautifully decorated home with very comfortable beds. In an excellent location on the edge of the New Forest. Wonderful walks in the forest from the gate, and 30mins drive to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Little Patch. The location is great if you're looking to escape city life and immerse yourself in nature. We had a bird song choir from the moment we woke until dark and that was it for noise, apart from the odd horse or cow expressing themselves. Little Patch is also very private, a wonderful outdoor space with a great dining table and outdoor sofa.

The lounge is very relaxing, with either a reading nook in the window, a very comfortable large sofa and a fire and a TV. The TV was a bit annoying, something wasn't working correctly, but we didn't come here to watch TV so it wasn't really that big an issue.

This house is very well looked after, and was spotless when we arrived. Great kitchen for cooking and being social. We would thoroughly recommend Little Patch and also New Forest Escapes for being so easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay at Little Patch. Its beautifully decorated with little touches that make you feel at home.
It has a rural feel about it without being too far away from the local amenities and pubs. There are also many great days out to be had that are all within a 30 minute drive.
I won't hesitate to recommend little patch to friends and family!

Best house i have rented, and best service.

The home is very nice (better than photos), super clean, very clear instructions. hosts are super nice and understanding. The service received is impeccable (always responsive, clear, fair).

Really nicely presented and appointed property. Large Kitchen/Breakfast room with everything you need. Large sitting room with Great log burner. Bedrooms are a good size and bathrooms are really nicely appointed. The annexe is also very good and would be great if you had kids with you. Location provides ability to go go for nice long walks in forest. Some really nice local pubs for food and a nice farm shop with cafe providing lovely breakfast within walking distance. Would definitely recommend.

Stunning cottage, beautifully presented. Very clean, high end furnishing and the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in!
The walk up the road behind the house takes you to the most stunning scenery, truly breathtaking. We didn't want to leave...

We loved staying at Little Patch. The location was fantastic for exploring and we loved the fact you could find scenic walks from the back gate. The cottage and the retreat were very pleasent indeed, well equiped and nicely decorated. We'd certainly recommend staying here.
