Our lodge - Seascape - had a stunning view over the Solway. It was a home from home with every comfort and James and Lottie had thought of everything. Their pre stay instructions were much appreciated and their hints and tips on where to go were invaluable. This is a lovely part of the UK to visit, especially if you enjoy walking.
This is our second visit to Gatehouse Luxury Lodges, with another booked, for next year, during our stay. The weather was fantastic, the views outstanding and the standard of the lodge brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for James and his team. We visited a number of different places during our stay, we still have lots more to explore! Given that I started visiting this area as a child, over 50 years ago, i still love it and it remains a special place in my heart.
Great views in a peaceful location. Very comfortable lodge with lots of room for 4 adults. More or less all you needed but maybe some more plates, bowls and cutlery? James was very helpful and lots of information is provided on the portal.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet with views to die for, look no further. The whole process from Booking to leaving is seamless, leaving you to chill out. Attention to detail within the property takes some beating. Just book!
