From booking with Bettws Court Retreats right the way through until our stay and afterwards, the communication and customer service from Sarah has been excellent. We stayed in the Barn Owl Retreat, and from entering the door it was like any stress disappeared, it is so peaceful and the views are fantastic. There is everything you need in the property, very good stock of crockery, glasses, utensils, pots and pans. We stayed at Bettws Court Retreats mid February for my partners 30th. I have to say we cannot fault this place. It’s absolutely amazing. We live in a city so the views from the lodge are breathtaking, on arrival the lodge was presented so well and the cleanliness of the lodge was on point, the information they provided us with things to do in the area was very specific and made it easy for us to plan our stay.
