Northumberland Cottages, three luxury cottages overlooking the Cheviot Hills, Gardeners Cottage, Coach House & The Kennelman. Fabulous beaches a short drive away and beautiful walks from your cottage.
This was our second visit. First was with family in the 3 bed option. This time just the 2 of us with our dog in the 2 bed which is all downstairs.
Once again it was very clean and the location is brilliant for the dog.
The Plough pub at end of the drive is now open so we went for drinks on a couple of evenings. Lovely pub, reasonable prices, friendly folk and VERY dog friendly.
Communication was fantastic once again and the weather was kind for us.
Loved Alnwick market and if you like reading then a visit to Barter Books there is a must.

The cottage itself has a large open plan living, kitchen & dining room. T...more

Richard and Fiona were very friendly and attentive and sorted out everything we asked for. The property is adaptable with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor with separate bathrooms and an optional third with ensuite up a flight of stairs. The ground floor bedrooms are not huge and storage space is very limited but beds are comfy and heating / ventilation all good....more
