We booked for 18 people for a hen do after a real struggle to find somewhere with a hot tub, lots of room and that was also affordable! The customer service and information given leading up to the stay was great, really comprehensive and the owners replied to any emails really quickly. The venue was done to a high standard and had plenty of room for us all, the hot tub was great and well used.
