Lovely cosy cottage. Well equipped with all home comforts. Excellently located (especially for reduced mobility holidaymakers) as the patio doors lead over the grass to the path to the beach. Looking forward to staying again.

Ideal for a mini break with the dog with the beach being so close.
Really comfortable and well equipped property, only a couple of minor points - no proper oven gloves - just a single rubber thing which just seemed to go over your fingers and was pretty useless, plus couldn't find a corkscrew!
Only other thing was that we booked this stay at short notice, but after booking and during our stay, was bombarded with e-mails and texts, over 20 in a matter of days! Whilst the information given overall was excellent, many messages were very or completely repetitive and became counter-productive.

This is an our second visit to this property. The location is excellent.
The front door was sticking and very hard close when we stayed two years ago and is still sticking. We do think that perhaps it’s time a few things need to be replaced the sofa is not comfortable and the carpet in the room is looking a bit tired. The crockery and some of the cutlery needs to be looked at and replaced.
Having said all these things we had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to stay at this lovely house again.
