We had a fabulous stay at The Furrows. The barn itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It had everything we needed (and more) for a week’s stay. The amenities were amazing-the kids loved having the pool, games room and space to play football literally on the doorstep. We didn't use the gym as we spent so much time in the pool but this looked really well maintained. Location was ideal for a quiet week away with easy access via car to lots of nearby beaches and coastal towns. This was our first visit to Yorkshire, and we will definitely be back!
We had a great week, weather was good which helped. We used all the facilities especially the pool and the more energetic people in our group used the gym, games room and tennis court which they thoroughly enjoyed. We stayed in the Cartwheel Cottage and it was lovely. Lots of items provided eggs, milk, box of biscuits plus there was tin foil, kitchen towel, salt , pepper and so much more Would definitely recommend staying at Eastgate Farm
We booked the accommodation as the online photos looked amazing. Weren’t disappointed when we arrived. The Old barn was even better than we hoped. Beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms and loads of space for both families in the living areas and kitchen. The onsite pool and tennis were amazing. Really made the holiday for the kids and adults. There is no pubs or restaurants within walking distance but we knew this prior to booking and just planned our days out around this. Amazing stay in the hurdles cottage. All exceptionally clean and tidy. Swimming pool area lovely too. We used the pool twice a day whilst we were there for the midweek stay. There is everything you need and more. Amazing little touches like milk, eggs, Prosecco and chocolates on arrival really made our stay. Thank you all again. Had a little chat with the housekeeper as we left snd she was such a lovely lady too.
