This flat is located in a very small property (2 apartments located on ground and first floor). It seems to be immersed in the nature, with a private garden and the river just in front. But in the reality you are also immersed in the center of Chamonix ! I strongly suggest Edelweiss apartment to relax in Chamonix !

Superb chalet, almost brand new, spacious, and a "home from home" feel. They've thought of everything and it's in a good location to walk to restaurants etc. I'd absolutely book again - don't hesitate.

The Chalet le Tricouni is a beautiful, spacious chalet in a quiet setting with a huge yard. There is plenty of common space, the rooms are comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. It's clean and modern feeling while still retaining the charms of an alps chalet. The team at Chamonix All Year is responsive and great to work with. The only downside is it's in Le Praz so it takes a while to walk to the main pedestrian street in Chamonix. First class from the minute we arrived. Location ideal for summer trail (high and low) access, easy and very pleasant 30min walk to chamonix centre. 5mins from the train station, with free access up and down the valley courtesy of chamonix all year. Fast response for any assistance (we needed a baby chair, it was delivered instantly). Highly recommend, book before someone else does :)
We enjoyed a very nice long weekend in Chamonix. The chalet has a wonderful living area, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and a great hot tub. Easy 5 min walk to town and great restaurants/ bar nearby. Very good service from the team responsible for the property.

The chalet is beautifully furnished and everything was very clean. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed. Hot tub is a nice addition. Around a 15-20 min walk into the town but bus number 2 runs from the end of the road and we caught it easily to and from Grand Montets.
We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Great location, close to the (beginner's) piste and the town centre. Also close to La Folie Douce, with its party atmosphere that you can enjoy if you like, but can avoid with the windows closed (as for the noise in the evening). This new chalet is perfect for two families or a group of friends (max 8). It is very beautiful, quiet area and very confortable ! Even the wood for the fireplace is available. We recommand this chalet and the team of Chamonix All Year !
We loved our stay in this beautiful penthouse. The space was perfectly appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wonderful beds and bedding allowed for a peaceful sleep after long days on the slopes. We loved the tree lined walk into Chamonix City Center-and all the shops and restaurants offered within an easy walking distance. The views are spectacular allowing for full appreciation of the daily snowfall and views of mountain peaks. We hope to visit again soon! Chamonix will remain in our hearts as we travel back to the US ❤️
Sauna is ok, but the water in the showers is not really cold and it didn't come out much. We cool down in the garden. Gym is good. Garagedoor is opening very slow
We were six guys who stayed here for four nights. Good sleeping places (there were eight beds) and good toilets (2) and a good kitchen with a large room to hang out in. Also! A large lovely balcony that we sat on and sunbathed on. The minus? The locker for the skis was small, but we put a few pairs outside and it was ok.
This was my third stay in Villa Vallet and again it was a great experience. Perfect apartment and a perfect location with easy access to everything.

We stayed in this apartment for a week in February and had a very comfortable experience. The apartment is spacious, well-maintained, and functional, with a well-equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathrooms. The bedding is comfortable, and the overall condition of the apartment is very good. The amenities are great, though the pool and spa area tended to be quite busy during the day. Good location central but away from the noise. Poma lift close by which can direct you to Brevant gondola. well equipped kitchen. Good room configuration for a family. Excellent views from the balconies. Great outdoor seating in good weather. Suggested improvements: more comfortable seating in the living area. Bedroom curtains too flimsy to keep out the night light from town. Had to sleep with eye masks. Need better identification of ski locker attached to the apartment. Need a number or sign noted in the information sent out.

This place was fantastic. We had a group of 10 people and never felt cramped. The house was gorgeous, renovated, and clean. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. The bus stop and train station is a short walk downhill which was perfect for getting to and from town and the ski areas. Would definitely stay here again.
We as 4 adults and 1 kid stayed in the Pothecary apartament for a week. The location is definitely top and the apartment is very accessible to the town's center, shops, restaurants, and other main spots. It's quite spacial, easily accommodates 5-6 people, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, a dishwasher, many utilities in the kitchen. There is also a big and nice terrace in front of the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need to enjoy a mountain holiday. The twin beds are a little on the small side for larger adults but other than that, it has all the amenities you need with ski bus stops, ski hire shops and the main area for bars and restaurants all within a 3 min walk from Le Paradis. Would highly recommend!
The apartment was exactly as pictured and described online. We had a fantastic family vacation and the apartment was a lovely place for entertaining - lots of space on the terrace and garden. The hot tub was a great favourite and very clean.The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked lots of family meals there.I fell in love with the Nespresso coffee machine so much that we've bought one at home. Thanks to Chamonix All Year for keeping the apartment so clean and comfortable.
Perfect for our short break. The chalet was very clean and well equipped for the 9 of us who stayed, 7 adults, 2 teenagers. Location wise it’s in a quiet residential street about 5 mins walk from bus stop. If you’re looking for a quick stroll into town or have no car you may want to choose somewhere central as chamonix’s bus service is not the best compared to other resorts, we were unable to get on in a few cases. Would recommended.

Excellent customer service. Accommodation was great.. with everything you could possibly want. The beds were very comfortable and the bath plus shower were lovely. Even in the heatwave we could keep the apartment cool. There is music late into the evening which is part of the charm of Chamonix. Great location.
Le Paradise 15 over-all was a very nice stay in Chamonix. I stayed as a single for the week. The unit has everything one needs for the nice stay in Chamonix. Never mind that the unit itself is comfortable, cozy, and well-appointed. And never mind that the facilities also offer family friendly activities from foosball to hot-tubbing to rock climbing. The view from this unit is absolutely breaktaking. We took time every day just to sit and appreciate where we were. Although this is in a complex, you really feel like you are in a quiet valley village far from other people. We would love to come back some day. This is our second time staying in Le Cordee.
Souchettes is a great family chalet especially if you have a car. We have had many winter holidays here. The chalet has 4 decent bedrooms 2 en-suite and a family bathroom. The kitchen is well designed open plan, takes a while getting used to ceramic hob. Table seats 8 comfortably. Boot room has access door for easy loading of boots and skis in the morning. Downstairs play area has books & toys to keep most youngster amused for a few hours. It was easy to give this unit all fives. The living area is large compared with many and all the equipment is available for an "easy living" stay. In addition, there is a bakery and ski hire shop very near to the main entrance to the building. "Chamonix All Year did us proud".

We stayed at Chalet Couttet as a group of 8 for 6 nights. Everything from booking to check out went as smooth as possible. The team at Chamonix All Year provided fast support all through the way. We had the perfect location with a view of mountains 360 degrees. Our backyard was facing Aguille du Midi which is a must see if you are visiting Chamonix. A very spacious apartment for 4 adults. Comfortable beds and good showers. Close to the centre - but still quiet. On the 3rd floor with lift access and a view over the river. Chamonix All Year were very helpful throughout - both prior to arrival and during our stay. The ski lockers are in the underground garage. There was just enough room for 3 sets of skis and no heating in the lockers.
Spent a week with our family at chalet Les Praz and loved it. The location is great and the amenities are top notch. 3 minute walk to the local market for fresh croissants and 20 minute walk to the center of Chamonix. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the upstairs Great room with that central fireplace is spectacular. Large kitchen has everything you need with lots of basic supplies included from previous tenants. And then there are the views! The huge windows in all directions makes sure that you know you are in some of the prettiest mountains anywhere.
This is a lovely chalet- very spacious and well equipped and within a 10 mins walk to town and a 5-10 mins walk to the local supermarket and boulangerie. Amazing views of Mont Blanc from the terrace. Excellent accommodation for 6 gents on an annual walking holiday. Kitchen a little tired but very well stocked with glassware, cutlery and crockery etc. Only disappointment was lack of a SMART TV. This should be an essential feature of all lettings in order to get easy access to Netflix etc CAY really good to deal with as usual.
We really liked the Chalet: modern, spacious, not too far from city center, in a quiet neighborhood.
Shortcomings: The doors are no doors, there are blinds, no noise protection, you hear everthing from every bedroom. Upstairs is for tall people a nightmare. Pots and pas should be replaced
The apartment was spacious and comfortable and all devices were functional (although some of them might need an upgrade/replacement soon). The location is excellent and proximity of the pre-paid parking was also very convenient. Last but not least the Chamonix All Year Ltd. has provided excellent instructions of how to use the apartment. In short it was a nice stay and good value for money.

We’ve had a wonderful summer week with Apartment Lou Lou as our base. This was our first time in Chamonix (we’re a married couple in our 50s, keen on hill waking and history). You enter the building from one of the town’s busiest pedestrianised streets - packed with people, shops and restaurants - but inside the apartment you are totally sealed off from the bustle and noise. The only sound is the river right under the balcony - glacier meltwater hurtling loudly by. The balcony is blissfully cool in the hot midday, and a bit TOO cool in the evenings, but cosy blankets are helpfully provided....more
There was 9 of us and we felt the apartment was so spacious, we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. The location is perfect so close to the supermarket. Paige from Chamonix all year was amazing she was a star and the comfort of knowing we could ask her anything if needed. This was my second time usually Chamonix all year and we will be again for our trip next year amazing service ☺️
The location is great and in the center.close to everything.The view from the balcony is wonderful.It is great to sit in a beautiful scenery.we were in very hot days in August and it was hard .air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan is a must in the summertime.In the entrance to the bedroom on the first floor the wooden parqet is cracking and it is disturbing.The apartment is in a second floor with no elevator.nuce.The private parking is very comfortable.
We really enjoyed our stay at Le Tremplin, nice quiet location but close enough to walk everywhere in Chamonix. The chalet was spacious, clean and very comfortable, with a great view of the mountains. Chamonix All year were very responsive to any requests. All in all a great stay!
We return here every year for several weeks of pure bliss! Cozy, spacious, and always warm, with breathtaking Mont Blanc views. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with IKEA appliances what is important for us. The location is unbeatable—just 500m to nordic ski trails, the center, and the sport center with pool. The spacious underground garage is a winter lifesaver. And finally of cause the freedom to pick the day choice best ski resort around based on snow and weather report makes it perfect. A true gem in Chamonix for someone!
The location is perfect, walk to gondola, bus, train, cafes in a couple of minutes. The apartment was very comfortable for our family group of 6 adults. Whilst not spectacular mountain views from inside, nice windows looking out on the street from 2nd floor (Brits would call it 1st floor, ie one up from ground), though the bunk room only has a window to the apartment stairwell, not the outside proper, so less bright and ventilated than the other three bedrooms. We were a group of four guys in our 20's. While the twin room is extremely small (as in we could not put our luggage in it), the rest of the place was perfect for us. We paid for the use of the sofa bed (they charge additional if you are not six people). I would not suggest this unit for six adults, but for four it was excellent. A family of six would work, but not six adult friends. Overall, I would highly recommend this property and Chamonix All Year. The customer service team was great in answering all our questions.
We chose this property based on location and the capacity to accommodate 6 people. The only things needing attention were a few of the internal windows that couldn’t properly shut, and the bathrooms need to be renovated. Aside from these minor things the property was great as our base to explore this corner of the French Alps in winter.
It’s not often we get the chance for a long weekend in Chamonix and it was an extra treat staying in this apartment. The welcome was excellent and the stay hassle free and what an apartment - town centre, great beds, all the facilities you would need and the towels are something else!

The locations was superb - right in the centre of Chamonix and yet quiet enough surroundings. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and the trains station, etc. We have stayed in Chamonix many times over the years and this has been one of the most central. The flat is rather tiny but good enough for 2 adults and a little dog basically to spend most of the time outdoors. We very much liked the apartment, which is located right next to the Brevent lift, and has great views over Mont Blanc. The bedroom is a bit tight when configured with twin beds. Well equipped. Ski room on same level as entrance hall, which avoids a trek down to basement and is welcome. Bus stop right next door.

Stayed here for a week in January 2025. 5 people (2A & 3C). Plenty of room for us all. Having 2 bathrooms is really good. The apartment has WiFi which was super handy for the kids to game on their tablets in the evening. My only bad point would be that the oven is up way too high in the kitchen. If you plan on cooking just be aware of that. The apartment is in a fantastic location in the centre of town. It's very close to ski rental, bars and restaurants. We have stayed at Le Paradis 8 about 5 times while living in London and have taught my daughter to ski during this time. 6 years ago, we moved to Australia and then the Covid era stopped our return. To come back this year after 6 years and getting the same apartment was emotional especially with my daughter (now living in London) joining us. This apartment was exactly what we needed - and not more. It is furnished with simple furnishings but has all of the basic requirements covered. Expect serviceable furniture but don't expect luxurious comfort. I stayed there with a friend for a few days of spring skiing. The location is perfect - close enough to the Planprax gondola to walk in your ski boots. It is a bit of an uphill climb to the gondola but many people walk up from central Chamonix donned with full ski gear. The location is also perfect for accessing the restaurant and shopping streets. The situation in Chamonix is great, the parking near is just great also. The appartement itself is large, confortable and convenient.
The layout of the apartment was nice, good kitchen with induction stove. The beds were nice with electrical outlets at good places for phones, etc. There were minor issues with the heating, being very hard to regulate and the electricity went out for some hours when we were cooking with to many items at the same time.
