Superb chalet, almost brand new, spacious, and a "home from home" feel. They've thought of everything and it's in a good location to walk to restaurants etc. I'd absolutely book again - don't hesitate.
This Chalet was the perfect place to stay whilst on our ski holiday in Chamonix. The accommodation is homely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. With comfortable beds and an amazing downstairs bathroom which includes a sauna, it was beyond what was expected. The location of the chalet was ideal. Its a short walk to the city centre where there are lots of amazing restaurants to chose from and also a short walk to the main bus station which provides links to many of the ski locations. Our family of 5 stayed in the Gloribel property during January, and it was a delightful place to stay. This new and modern home has everything you need for a great holiday. Our favourite part was the hot tub and the ambience of the living areas with their views of the majestic mountains. It is tastefully decorated with high quality furnishings and is perfect for guests with high expectations of a comfortable base in summer or winter. Nice cozy chalet. Great hot tub, well equipped kitchen, great sound system. Quiet location with a 6/7 minute walk to the ski bus. Really nice to have a TV room separated from the main living area. There were 6 adults in the chalet - this was ideal.
Fabulous apartment right in the centre of Chamonix with access to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The building is super quiet and spotless clean with secure ski boot storage and elevator. The apartment Itself was very comfortable and again spotless clean. Plenty of cutlery, pots, glasses etc and excellent appliances such as microwave, oven, electric hob, kettle…. The Miremont Apartment was super nice for our group of eight (incl. one toddler). The location is perfect as you can walk everywhere from there (Brevent ski lift, bus stop, and shops in the city). We stayed at Miremont for one week in March 2024. The apartment was beautiful and cozy. Only thing we were missing in the apartment was ready made recycling bins (e.g. glass, plastic, bio etc.) Would be easier like that when taking the garbage out to the recycling point/waste collection point. Our stay was wonderful. The chalet is newly renovated, fully equipped (washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchen) and very clean. The location is fantastic, in a quiet neighbourhood with hiking trails out the back door. We would definitely book with Chamonix All Year again as they were responsive and a pleasure to work with.
We have a lovely stay! 10 people. Everything was prefect. Nice beds, spa bath and lovely garden. Good pace to hang out in.

Very nice clean, bright, well positioned apartment 5 minutes from the centre but far enough away to not be disturbed. The owners have clearly done more than just leave an empty shell like some apartments are, and it feels like home. The balcony is great, views of Les Drus, the Aiguilles, Mont Blanc and over the town. Interesting to watch the various people wandering up and down the hill from the balcony. Feedback form our stay at Paradise 25 Beautiful apartment and the location is very good for our holiday expectations. We will probably book the same one for next year! One thing of improvement.: Garbage disposal was hard to find. Maybe a map to show where the container is located will make it easier. We love staying at La Cordée. The apartment is perfect, comfortable, clean, plenty of storage, beautifully decorated Ann’s much enjoyed by our family. We’ve already booked for 2025!
Great property and close to all main slopes. Also a short walk to the main town centre with amenities around.
The apartment was in a really good location and the facilities were great. Swimming pool was empty each time we went in and the views were amazing! The walk to town was short and scenic by the river. The only downside for us, was it didn’t have a washing machine which would have been handy for us with 2 young children.
This new chalet is perfect for two families or a group of friends (max 8). It is very beautiful, quiet area and very confortable ! Even the wood for the fireplace is available. We recommand this chalet and the team of Chamonix All Year !
very nice stay. only (small) issue was the cleanness of the mezzanine area, the tools of the kitchenette (pans and dishes) that are out of date
This was my third stay in Villa Vallet and again it was a great experience. Perfect apartment and a perfect location with easy access to everything.
The apartment is in a very nice location in a quiet neighbourhood but still at the heart of Chamonix center. Two big balconies with good views. Apartment is in a very good condition.
This was not our choice but a replacement, as, due to technical problems, the challet we rented was not available. Nice property, comfortable and modern. Beautiful mountain view. Location not so good with 20 minutes walk to lifts and 30 to town. Cooktop and pans not well suited for preparing meals for 8 adults! Too small and not enough options. Coffee machine was not working and was in unacceptable conditions, including presence of mold inside!
We enjoyed everything about our stay. The views were perfect. The living space and rooms were all great sizes, and it was in an amazing location. The property managers were extremely helpful and responsive when needed. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to Chamonix.
WE HAD GREAT TIME AT CHALET PANACHE, THE PROPERTY IS VERY WELL EQUIPPED. THE BED AND PILLOWS COULD BE IMPROVED IN MY PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW, AND I WOULD SUGGEST TO INCLUDE FRESH TOWELS AND LINENS WHEN YOU ASK AND PAY FOR HOUSEKEEPING.

The apartment is Ina great location and with an amazing view. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare food. The master bedroom is good size and the kids room with the bunk beds is very narrow - not sure it can comfortably sleep two adults. Well, they will sleep comfortably as the beds are OK, but just thinking of two adults there with suitcases - not a great fit. Nevertheless, we were 3 guys in that apartment and had a great time. We have stayed here several times and would use again. It suits our large family holiday has flexible accommodation and a hot tub.log fire but efficient heating Well serviced by Chamonix All Year The stairs to the lower floor are tricky for very young children 10-15 minute walk to town car essential to get to ski lifts. House was beautiful and comfortable. Great location that is walking distance to many activities and walking paths and short drive to town. The staff helped answer questions through what's app and was very responsive. We came all the way from USA and hope to do again next year.
The location is excellent and it’s a very comfortable apartment and we had a great stay. there are just a few things that need to be improved. The bath in the en-suite does not work very well. The flow of water is slow and it’s impossible to have a good hot bath which is disappointing when you have been skiing all day. The plug in the kitchen did not work so we had to use a bit of a plastic bag to keep the water in the sink. Only one bed was made up when we arrived. We spent a great week in chalet des Amis at Chamonix. A cosi cottage at 10 min by walk to the city center. The support from the office of Chamonix All Year was always quick and warm.

Excellent customer service. Accommodation was great.. with everything you could possibly want. The beds were very comfortable and the bath plus shower were lovely. Even in the heatwave we could keep the apartment cool. There is music late into the evening which is part of the charm of Chamonix. Great location.
Everything was OK except the Wifi which is very very bad everywhere in the location. We had to use our own data during our stay.
This is the second time we’ve stayed at Paradis Ski Apartment and we absolutely love it. Brilliant central location, superb terrace with spectacular view and every in the flat you need for a perfect stay. The CAY team is also brilliant. This was our third holiday with Chamonix All Year who we've always found friendly, helpful and reliable. Chalet Bear is an attractive modern property about ten minutes walk from the town centre. It's location is quiet and secluded but with quick access to the main road to Les Houches and the nearby Acro Parc. Arrived to a very clean and fresh apartment and the Chamonix All Year team were great and very helpful. We loved this apartment, its a short walk uphill to the Brevent ski area which is really handy and the bus stop to ski everywhere else was only 2 mins walk away which is great when you have kids in tow. The view from the apartment is just breathtaking. Overall we loved this apartment and will definitely be back!
It was easy to give this unit all fives. The living area is large compared with many and all the equipment is available for an "easy living" stay. In addition, there is a bakery and ski hire shop very near to the main entrance to the building. "Chamonix All Year did us proud".
We stayed at Chalet Couttet as a group of 8 for 6 nights. Everything from booking to check out went as smooth as possible. The team at Chamonix All Year provided fast support all through the way. We had the perfect location with a view of mountains 360 degrees. Our backyard was facing Aguille du Midi which is a must see if you are visiting Chamonix. L appartement est tres bien situé. Nous avons déjà loué plusieurs appartements dans cette résidence et c est la première fois comme nous sommes déçus concernant la literie. Lits pas très larges pour 2 et matelas complètement usés, creux au milieu du lit , canapé lit inutilisable. De plus, il y a des rallonges électriques partout dans l appartement( cuisine, salon,chambres), ce qui n est pas conforme et n est pas du tout sécuritaire.
The location of this property is perfect - right in the heart of Chamonix, but in a quiet building and facing the river. This is particularly important during UTMB week since accommodations facing the other direction hear the race announcer at the finish line 24/7. And Chamonix All Year was great to work with.
Great location convenient to nearby ski areas and town. House is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to town and the ski bus. As noted, the stairs are narrow and the second floor a bit crowded if you are over 6 feet/1.8 meters. Wonderful views of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc. Kitchen is well equipped should you choose to cook in.

Great property with all the facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. Shame the facilities (gym, climbing wall and pool) were often used as a play area for children rather than families respecting the communal areas.

Really enjoyed our stay in Apartment Lou Lou in February 2024. The location is amazing. I was a little worried it would be too close to the main street and be noisy, but the apartment is on the river side and very quiet. Love the terrace that looks out over the river. Apartment is well equipped. Wifi is adequate (not so good for posting bigger files like video though).

The location is great and in the center.close to everything.The view from the balcony is wonderful.It is great to sit in a beautiful scenery.we were in very hot days in August and it was hard .air conditioning or at least a ceiling fan is a must in the summertime.In the entrance to the bedroom on the first floor the wooden parqet is cracking and it is disturbing.The apartment is in a second floor with no elevator.nuce.The private parking is very comfortable.
Fantastic apartment in an excellent location just opposite Flegere Tele-Cabin. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and perfect for our stay in Chamonix La Praz. Chamonix All Year were excellent in arranging our Ski Hire at short notice and communication with them was very efficient and seamless. Will definitely recommend both Chamonix All Year and the apartment.

We chose this property based on location and the capacity to accommodate 6 people. The only things needing attention were a few of the internal windows that couldn’t properly shut, and the bathrooms need to be renovated. Aside from these minor things the property was great as our base to explore this corner of the French Alps in winter.
Great property in a great location. Ideal for our 3 week ski based stay. Well looked after, with good communication, and would happily consider a return visit. And would recommend. Only issues would be on the attention to some of the detail which could easily be rectified, for example a good kitchen let down by the lack of bread board, bread knife, colander etc. and a couple of defects which were rectified once noted. Very good stay in chamonix. The hiuse was nice and very comfortable. I think you can get it a litte more clean. We had some troubles with the tv and the remite controls. Nothing important!!!
The locations was superb - right in the centre of Chamonix and yet quiet enough surroundings. Close to restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and the trains station, etc. We have stayed in Chamonix many times over the years and this has been one of the most central. The flat is rather tiny but good enough for 2 adults and a little dog basically to spend most of the time outdoors. The apartment had a great location, near the busstop Place Mont Blanc and the railwaystation and close to all restaurants and shopping. Close by there’s a very nice bakery where you can get fresh bread and nice bakeries every day. You can easily reach the lifts to the Brevent skiing area by walk. The apartment was comfortable for a 4 person family, quite small but still suitable. The kitchen equipment was ok, and it was easy to prepare some of the meals at the house. The swimmingpool and saunas were a bit crowded but it was possible to book a sauna for your own use for 30min, that was nice. ...more

We very much liked the apartment, which is located right next to the Brevent lift, and has great views over Mont Blanc. The bedroom is a bit tight when configured with twin beds. Well equipped. Ski room on same level as entrance hall, which avoids a trek down to basement and is welcome. Bus stop right next door.

The apartment is just in the centre of Chamonix close to all main attractions and facilities. The customer service was simply top and always at disposal for any questions. The cost is not low but it is defintely worth it for all the amenities included and facilities of the apartment. We will come back soon!

This apartment was exactly what we needed - and not more. It is furnished with simple furnishings but has all of the basic requirements covered. Expect serviceable furniture but don't expect luxurious comfort. I stayed there with a friend for a few days of spring skiing. The location is perfect - close enough to the Planprax gondola to walk in your ski boots. It is a bit of an uphill climb to the gondola but many people walk up from central Chamonix donned with full ski gear. The location is also perfect for accessing the restaurant and shopping streets. The appartement is very well equipped, we especially appreciated the dishwasher and the coffee machine. Customer service from Chamonixallyear were great, they responded very quickly to all of our request and were able to organise a baby bed last minute on Easter Sunday. We also made good use of the parking card for the underground public parking space just across the street. Nous avons passé une super semaine à Chamonix dans cet appartement en plein centre. Malgré le manque de neige en station et du coup la non possibilité de passer par le Savoy pour monter au Brévent, en 10mn de marche nous étions aux télécabines. Super emplacement pour profiter de Chamonix à pied et de toutes ses infrastructures. L'appartement est très calme, bien isolé. Nous étions 2 famille avec 3 enfants. Seul bémol les canapés lit dont les matelas étaient très dur... sinon appartement parfait!

The layout of the apartment was nice, good kitchen with induction stove. The beds were nice with electrical outlets at good places for phones, etc. There were minor issues with the heating, being very hard to regulate and the electricity went out for some hours when we were cooking with to many items at the same time.
