Everything was just as we wanted it to be. The barn was clean , had everything we needed and was decorated for Christmas which gave it that extra touch. A lovely quiet place with great walks and fantastic pub just a 10 min walk away. Would certainly return,
Jan & I very much enjoyed our stay at Toms' Barn. It was our first visit to Parwich though have stayed nearby in the past. We enjoyed our walk along the Tissington trail & did the local tour of the village using the guidebook provided. The property is well appointed & local surroundings are in keeping with the elegant natural beauty of the area. On arrival, access to the property was very easy & found the gift of buck's fizz, fresh bread & dishwasher tablets a very nice touch. The property was cool initially, though was soon very toasty using the simple to operate heating system & log-burn...more
