We where a group of 14 ladies aged 59 - 82 celebrating one of the groups up and coming 60th birthday. The house was spacious enough for us all and accommodated all our needs. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends. Great location too.
We couldn’t have been happier staying here. It was the perfect holiday stay for our family of 14 plus visitors for the day. Despite the terrible weather there was lots to do in the area to keep 8 adults and 6 children occupied. The property was well equipped and warm and met our every need. Should our dispersed family need to get together again I would certainly be back.
We had a family party of 15 , so we hired the cottage as well as the house., The house was very spacious , we were celebrating our Golden Wedding . The bar was great, we did stock it up well too ! All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend ,as did my two little doggies .
Booked White Moss for all the family to come together for my mums surprise 70th birthday. Communication with the owners leading up to the booking was excellent and we were given a code 48 hours prior to access the property. The house is in a great location just as your coming into Windermere. We arrived just before 4pm and were able to access the property. The house is beautiful and very clean. Our first time at the cottage and we loved it, so much we’ve already booked again. Nice size for 4 adults, baby grandson and dog, very comfortable and clean. Good location minutes walk to the village but private garden with parking. Highly recommended.
Had a fantastic long weekend. Lots to do. All the rooms were amazing, great facilities in each room. Kitchen amazing, dining and front rooms spot on. One slight blemish our jacuzzi had no roof,the others were covered. But we all loved it and would return, regards Steve
Excellent stay. Our 6th visit to the terrace hosting our annual reunion. Perfect location we will be back next year.
