We come back almost every year. Tomich holidays is a family favourite. The games room and the pool keep the children (and adults) entertained even in wet weather. It is comfortable for our dog. Its location with access to outstanding walks and views of amazing waterfalls make for many memorable holidays!
What an amazing place to stay. Perfect, idyllic location. Situated at the foot of the Tweedmouth monument (1 hour walk) with the most amazing views across Glen Affric. With excusive use of the Boathouse Loch. If you are looking for somewhere to relax, distress, and unwind completely off the grid, this is the ideal holiday. This year we spent our third visit to Tomich Holidays (after 2018 and 2019). We stayed in one of the apartments in the main building. And as usual everyone at Tomich tried their best to make us comfortable and support us during our stay. A highlight (considering it is a farm and in a somewhat remote location in the highlands) is the pool, which we used almost every day. Once again we enjoyed our stay. The cottage was warm (the new radiators are a great improvement and were a great boon in the very cold weather we experienced), comfortable and well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the porch which provided ample space for boots, wellies and shoes and which enabled us to keep the cold outside at bay.
nice location, a bit aged but charming. good with kids. if you like nature and quietness - give it a go.
We love the quietness, the fantastic location, being able to use the swimming pool privately and the games room. We think the lodges offer good value for a larger family when you consider the use of the swimming pool on site. We stayed in October. The lodges don't look super luxurious inside but they are very functional, plenty of bedroom space and cosy when you use the heating. A good quality firm king size mattress (currently it's a double) and better quality non-stick pans and kitchen utensils would have been really appreciated.
