Situated at the end of a No Through Road, encompassed by acres of cider orchards are these beautiful adjoining properties set in a rural and extremely beautiful location on the edge of a farm in a charming hamlet. The properties are very well connected to pubs, cafes, activities and places to visit within some within 5 and up to 20 minutes by car or an hour by foot.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped and perfect for large numbers. There is a 4 door aga, 2 electric ovens, 2 dishwashers, large American style fridge freezer and 2 additional fridge freezers in the property. Here catering and entertaining is easy. The dining area seats 18 comfortably both inside and outside and can also accommodate up to 24 by prior arrangement. There are 4 reception rooms in the house plus one in Garden Cottage for quiet escapes. The private garden and grounds are large with about 2 acres of space to play activities or house badminton plus there is a huge playing field with 2 football goals. In the outbuildings there is a games room with pool table and table football and here is also a rustic table tennis room. There is no heating in the outbuildings so bring a fleece.
The properties is are situated on the Wye Valley Walk and also has 2 cycling 'cider routes' nearby. There are maps on site and a bike shed too. Guests frequently canoe on the Wye, play golf, quad bike and fish on the Wye, visits local gardens and attractions plus the market towns of Hay on Wye, Presteigne, Ludlow and Hereford, Hay on Wye ane Leominster.
There is a farm shop 1.8 miles from the house which is very convenient and convenient. The Red Lion at Bredwardine and Garden Cafe at Brobury House Gardens are within an hours walk or litte bit more. Very popular with our guests and they accept dogs. Local caterers can be booked with prior notice and all major supermarkets deliver.
