Lovely cottage, which has everything you could need. It has a really nice atmosphere when you come through the front door. It is spacious, light and has a comfortable sitting room and separate dining area. The cottage is in a very peaceful location – we were struck how quiet it was – and it has a lovely back garden. There is plenty of space for parking and it is only moments from the beach (about a five-minute walk). It's about a ten-minute walk by the sea to East Wittering and the nice fish hut! And perhaps 10-15 minutes in the other direction to Billy's on the Beach (nice café/restaurant). There were three of us and we had plenty of space in the cottage. We had to stay in more than we normally would because we caught the tail-end of a hurricane but it was so comfortable we didn't mind!

A lovely spacious clean bungalow in an ideal location for the beach. Every thing you could want/need was supplied.

The only very small thing for the owner is that the electrics for the hall light did not work properly It is on a sensor and could not be turned off without flashing lights outside. This meant it came on all during the day too.

Excellent location - very comfortable and clean house. The beach is close by and sandy at low tide. Would visit again.

It was that very hot week at the beginning of August. Thank goodness there was a nice garden and a little shade when we most needed it.The facilities in the house were excellent.

The walk along the beach to East Wittering village was quick and easy, and lovely villages such as Ichinor, Birdham and Bosham were not far away.
