Property has many positives. Location, Parking, Facilities, Comfy Beds. However, somes areas need improvement..
Wrong keypad code given, resulting in telephone calls to owner and agent. Rectified bit not ideal start.
Upstairs Shower, does not drain quickly and will flood if not rectified shortly.
Washing Machine, grey rubber seals need a good clean as they are very dirty.
No hand towels provided.
Seating on lounge includes 2 floor cushions, which is not as described. Not ideal for people with mobility issues.
Tv could do with more instructions as does Central Heating.
Would not recomend in present condition, but if improvements made it would make a good base to explore the West Sussex area.

We understand that receiving the wrong keypad code upon arrival however I am glad we could sort this with efficiency and get you in quickly. Regarding the difficulties with the upstairs shower and washing machine please know that we have addressed these issues promptly to ensure they do not recur in the future. Regarding the lack of hand towels and the description discrepancy in the lounge seating, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your feedback has been noted, and we have made the necessary adjustments to ensure a more accurate representation of the property in our descriptions. We appreciate your suggestions regarding providing clearer instructions for the TV and central heating, and we will work on improving these areas to enhance the overall guest experience.
