With the beach across the road, this family home in Middleton on Sea, has been designed to make the most of its fantastic location with direct access to beach and on a quiet private road you couldn't ask for a more idyllic spot. There is a short walk from the house to a local store, pharmacy, restaurants, take away and an excellent fish and chip shop, amongst others. There is a park at the end of the road, ideal for sports or dog walking.

Merriesands is ideally situated for a beach holiday with a nice little garden.
But, needs hot, sunny weather.
The accommodation is basic.
Hot water only runs in one place at a time and there are no adequate drying facilities.
The landlord controls the heating and is impervious to the vagaries of the English climate,

Thank you for taking the time in leaving your review. I truly believe that the photos of Merriesands is a true representation of the property and has been advertised correctly with all the amenities available at the property. For a booking in August it is unreasonable to expect the owner to put the heating on to dry towels. There is adequate drying racks and a washing line outside the property. I hope this did not detract you too much of the beautiful property which is Merriesands and the incredible location it is based.
