Very creaky floorboards and doors
Which woke everyone up.
Uncomfortable sofa.
Parking can be an issue
Overpowering smell of josh sticks
Fan in bottom toilet wasn’t working
Nice garden
More cups would be an advantage

However, we must express our disappointment in learning about the issues you experienced after your departure. We genuinely wish you had brought these concerns to our attention during your stay so that we could have addressed them promptly to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Regarding the overpowering smell of joss sticks, and the non-functioning fan in the bottom toilet, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience these may have caused but the downstairs fan was checked after your departure and is working fine when switched on but it has a separate switch that needs to be turned on and the joss sticks were actually a scent diffuser that if we had been made aware we would have removed for you. There is free on street parking at the property. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the garden area & also hope you enjoyed the welcome food package on your arrival. Regarding the suggestion for more cups, we appreciate your feedback and will certainly take it into consideration to enhance the guest experience. In conclusion, we believe that your experience does not accurately reflect the standard of Rainbow Villa and the level of service we aim to provide. We are disappointed that these issues were not brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have taken immediate steps to address them and ensure your comfort. We hope you will consider giving us another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future. Rainbow Villa is newly renovated, very clean and well equipped. It was comfortable and a great base for our holiday. We especially enjoyed having the garden and barbecue. The parking is on road only but we never struggled to park near the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Very happy with the cottage. Excellent location for meeting up with family members. All mod cons included for worry free stay.
