Three secluded and private self catering chalets situated on the tranquil shores of Loch Feochan, five miles south of Oban. Five acres of wooded amenity area is reserved for the sole use of the chalet occupants with a bird/nature lookout. Otters, Seals, Herons and Buzzards are all part of the natural surroundings, and the hills are covered with an abundance of flowers and fauna.

We have stayed at Otter 5 times now and it is like coming home with a view that never disappoints. Warm and comfortable the chalet is well equipped and makes an excellent base for exploring the area.

Arriving the day after the storm Ardoran was as good as ever Seal again did not dissapoint everything is there that is needed for a comfy stay. With Oban just down the road there are plenty of opportunities available to all to enjoy with the peaceful area of Ardoran to enjoy. Looking forward to my next visit which has been many.

We had a lovely time here it’s my 3rd vist we have usually stopped in otter but it was booked up this time . Herron is very well kitted out the views are stunning and is a great base to get to other locations would recommend to anyone who has interest in walking.
