What a stunning location and delightful cottage. We could let my border collie have a good run in Jack's wood. Watching the birds on the feeders was fascinating, as well as the pheasants with their spring rituals. The owner brought us fresh eggs and honey from their hens and bees. Cottage was large, really comfortable and warm.
And the views were amazing
We are so much in love with this place. On the day we are leaving we have to book again bc we never wanted to leave this estate. It’s very special, lots of room for us (we stayed there with 4 adults and just the 2 of us) Our dogs love it too. You can have a 4.3km walk on the estate without the lead. Just brilliant. There is also always so much wildlife to see and loooots of wonderful flowers. Jenny always provides us with fresh eggs and this time even with honey. Thanks so much and see you next year.
Another fabulous stay in Woodsedge.
Thousands of daffodils are out in March. The grounds are easy to get around in a wheelchairs, manual or electric. Woodsedge itself is very cosy, with plenty of room to manoeuvre & the wet room is spacious. We had a woodpecker on the feeders adjacent to the lounge windows. As we always say,
"We'll be back"
