Excellent location, beautiful villa in peaceful quiet location. You need a car but make it small as the entrance road to the villa is very narrow. We loved the view of Capri. Didn't use the small pool. Unfortunately due to a bereavement we had to cut short our stay so it turned our very expensive for us.

A lovely villa with excellent facilities and an unbeatable view!!!

We were met by the owner who kindly gave us a tour of the village before showing us around the villa. The facilities are excellent and the villa and garden are spacious and well appointed.

Access to the property is via a steep, narrow lane so a small hire car is essential!

Overall I would thoroughly recommend this property. The owner was a kind and genuine host. I would also recommend 'My Rental Homes' who have kept us up to date and provided excellent service throughout.

Great villa set in a lemon grove but 3 mins from the village. Lots of space outside and great for al fresco dining. Lovely and clean and plenty of walks from here and a couple of restaurants you can walk to as well. would definitely recommend it but you do need a small vehicle.

Great family getaway

We stayed one week at Casa Punta Campanella in Termini and had a great time. Termini is about a 30 min drive from Sorrento and if you're looking for something quieter and more relaxing then it's a better option. A car is recommended but nothing too much larger than a Clio! Access to a Casa Punta Campanella is via a pretty narrow and initially very steep lane. The property itself is lovely, set in a lemon grove on a hillside overlooking the isle of Capri and the views are beautiful. We (2 adults and a 2yo) were very comfortable, the villa was kitted out with everything we needed, there's plenty of room and (importantly for us) the gardens are very private.
Alberto, the owner was superb. He showed us around and even walked us to the village to show us the shops etc. He also left us his laptop to use for the week! The team at rentals italy were great too, Raffaela even came to rescue me when I got trapped in a car park in Sorrento!
Can't recommend this place enough, you could easily sit around and chill all week or use it as a base to go exploring the area.
And you have to visit Chiosco Bar San Costanzo on Via Campanella about a 5 min walk away. Food is great and Enrico will make you very welcome

Lovely house in a fantastic location. Could easily enjoy living here for much longer!

The location of the property is amazing! Just a couple of minutes walk to the centre of the village with its mini market, café/snack-bar, pharmacy and restaurants, yet surrounded by gardens and with a fantastic view of sunsets and the isle of Capri.

The house itself is well designed and decorated to a good standard. The kitchen was fitted with newish appliances - gas hob, electric oven, dish-washer, fridge-freezer and cupboards full of crockery, etc.. The lounge/diner was fairly comfortable; there was a TV, DVD player, hi-fi and wi-fi provided.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms, one with en-suite which also housed a new washing machine. From the landing, a door led to a terrace where the washing could hang out to dry. The other bedroom had a view of Capri! The en-suite and the bathroom at the foot of the stairs were both modern and nicely finished.

Outside, there is a covered dining area plus a large dining table under a gazebo on the patio; we also used the large barbecue grill provided by the owner. On arrival, we met the owner who gave permission for us to help ourselves to lemons, grapes and other fruits growing in the garden. There is also a small pool for a quick dip if the weather is too hot.

Access to the driveway is an adventure - not possible in large cars, as the entrance to the street is very narrow. In this instance, it is better park in the village and walk to the house. Apart from the café, there is a hotel and another small local restaurant plus a couple of minutes walk to the edge of the village, a restaurant/pizzaria offering inside and outside dining with westerly views over the sea for dining at sunset.

Based here, the drive to Sorrento is fairly easy. It's an interesting town which is pleasant during the day and even more interesting in the evening. You can also take a ferry from Sorrento to Capri - well worth a visit - be sure to take the funicular to the 'centro'. Other drives, e.g. Positano, are typical of the Amalfi coast: busy, narrow, winding roads with virtually nowhere to stop and enjoy the views.
