Terrible service, incredibly bad value for money, disappointing food, nothing to do when it rains. Not at all recommended! It might be a more exciting place in July/August.

We were so sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your recent short break at the Forte Village. It is of course, always disappointing to go on holiday and experience rain and not to be able to enjoy the beach, water-sports and pools. For this reason the resort closes in winter months although it is unusual to have bad weather in September. Did you discover the wonderful Thermae Spa where you can indulge in a whole day of pampering? There is also indoor bowling and go-karting and of course the Kids Clubs offer activities both indoors and out. It is true to say that many restaurants and activities are seasonal and as with any resort, there is a huge difference between full occupancy in July and August and towards the end of the season with regard to the 'buzz' of the place. However this is no excuse for poor service and we have passed your comments on to resort. We feature many beautiful five star resorts all around Europe and really hope that you will give us the opportunity to help you in the future.
